The family bathroom is located in the hallway opposite the bedrooms. It is a spacious, beautifully tiled bathroom with a hand basin, WC and a bath with an over head shower.

The fabulous courtyard garden is accessed from this level. It is a two tiered garden with a table and four chairs positioned on the lower level for those who prefer the shade. A set of stairs takes you upwards to the upper tier which is filled with lovely greenery, a long bench, and a long table with seating for six.
