Very run down and dirty property breakfast was not staffed and very limited supply ( opens at 6 and I was there at 7)
Breakfast bar is only on weekends, not correctly advertised.

Above average two star hotel. Breakfast was just dry cereal, toast, boiled eggs, coffee. We ate elsewhere. Room was adequate. Clean and safe.

This hotel is honestly disgusting l, the pillows are so flat and i looked inside the pillowcase and they are beyond stained. The hallways smell. It felt like i was staying in the projects. The food options are knock iff cereal and hard bagels. for the price even tho it’s the cheapest out in Batavia was not worth it at all. I bought my own blanket and pillow from Walmart and was literally disgusted having to touch anything, the parking lot is full of potholes, you can tell this hotel is rna by a slum owner because there is absolutely no attention to anything. The ceiling has brown stains and looked like mold. The staff was friendly and i understand they don’t own it or have the ability to really fix things so the review isn’t about staff but the owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing such a slum hotel

TV not working in first room, was moved to a second room which had a very strong smell of cat urine. Staff said that there had been a water leak in the wall which was causing the odor. There was no sign of any wall damage, but I would love to know what kind of mold was growing back there... Room was not very clean overall. Will never stay there again.

I travel to Batavia a few times a year to visit family. This is my first time staying at this hotel and it was last minute with my planning but when we got there, it was an easy check in process but we went to the room and there was no comforter on either bed. We got 2 full beds. When i asked for comforters the lady was nice but informed me she could only find 1. And Batavia weather is chilly. The ice bucket was not in the room and the ice machine was broken anyways. The microwave didn’t really work. It took a long time to heat up food. We were traveling with a child and already unpacked so we didn’t want to go through the hastily of packing all our stuff to switch hotels. The coffee in the waiting room comes out black. And there was a family living in the hotel that was always in the lobby, there was a social worker there talking to them during the check in which was kinda weird. Overall the experience wasn’t good.
Toilet seat broken. Carpet was wet and smelled like chemicals. Front desk said carpet was just cleaned . Then why give us a room if carpet is still wet?
Great value, staff was outstanding. Hotel is showing its age but for the price, i cannot complain!
Walked in. Saw a dirty sock on the floor and bugs and blood on the bed. Turned around and got my family the hell out of there.
The Maintenance staff and front desk were awesome. Manager was not polite and unprofessional.
