Our experience was HORRIBLE. Coffee was left over from the pervious guest, there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom and the service was terrible. They were short staffed and when we asked to have our room cleaned it was not done. We had to asked several times for towels and the staff was rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Service was great! Rooms very clean, bed very clean and comfortable..staied in 2 different rooms and each room was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay. Overnight staff is great! Lost one star for a few things 1st my first room on the 1st floor it was very hard to get into the room especially with a baby in hand. Also on the first floor you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking and speaking. My last thing my reservations was mixed up and day time clerk called me and told me that i was supposed check advised the clerk over the phone that i booked an additional 2 nights ahe claimed to not see my reservation. I had to leave my family to go check on an expired reservation everything worked out, just need more experienced people working the front desk during the day. Other than that my kids loved it and i enjoyed my stay

Very average. Old worn furniture in room. Nice otherwise.

Clean. Quiet. Quick check in and out. Convenient to restaurants and such.

Front desk was amazingly kind! I enjoyed talking with him.

Nice staff. However room left a lot to be desired. Very dated and worn falling apart furniture. Also my room was missing toiletries which lead me to believe that maid service was not very attentive

Small town, so close to everything. Room was huge and comfortable.

only issue...how about a couple packets of regular coffee per day. There were two of us and only enough coffee for 1 small pot... The kitchen was great and allowed us to enjoy real meals in our room.

Cleaning crew did not make it to our rooms by 3:45 pm so they were not cleaned.

This hotel caters to the extended stayers, but is also good for people like us who are just spending one night in Bartlesville. It is on the same road with all the other hotels in town, and here you get a one room suite for the price of a standard hotel room. It is a great value. The hotel looks new. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

They worked to solve problem

We traveled to Bartlesville to attend a graduation. We booked a non smoking room and upon arriving, the room smelled worse then most smokey bars. We advised the front desk and they were of little help. We also found bugs in room. We complained and demanded a refund. [...] We left and found other accomodations.
