Reserved a suite for 2 adults and 4 children. It said there were 2 queen beds in this suite. I figured they must have a pullout or hide a bed for the other 2 people. Nope just a regular hotel room with 2 queens. It was not a suite. It was regular sized. Was too tired from traveling all day to fight about it. And it was late. We were so tired we just slept 3 to a bed. Paid extra for nothing.
Many of the amenities were not as expected. For example, the pool was not heated.
Clean. Convenient. Safe. Quiet.

Positives Comfortable Electric car vehicle charging nearby Cons -Using styrofoam plates and bowls -loud fans (4th floor end of the hallway) -sensor for lights turns off A/C? (we were all hot in the middle of the night, we had it on auto but it shut itself off somehow)

Check in was easy, and the front desk staff was very kind to tell my husband who was riding motorcycle that he can park it right in front of the lobby porch to keep it safe. Breakfast was very convenient too.

Staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was also very good. This hotel was such a quick easy access to the outlet restaurants and highway. Will definitely come back here.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were a bit dated & Wifi was slow.
