Very nice hotel, we have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and every time we enjoyed the stay.

The refrigerator and heating were so noisy I could not sleep. As soon as I feel asleep one of the devices would start up and wake me!

I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at front desk. Otherwise. Check in was okay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was fine except the countertop and floor in the kitchenette, which were dirty and sticky. This negatively impacted our overall experience.

Bath tub didn't drain. Had to hold the lever down for 15 seconds for the toilet to flush. The room didn't feel clean. And the exercise room hardly has much to speak of.

My second stay in a week, very pleasant! Spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable!

Excellent place to be at! Nice breakfast. Room exceeds expectations. Be back again.

I didn't realize this was an extended stay type property. Having a kitchenette would have been a great money saver to cook some of my own meals, but I was only there for one night. Breakfast was nice, standard stuff and staff restocked items while I was eating.

I reserved three rooms for our trip. They were clean and comfortable --- except one smelled like mildew and the other like the scent of urine. Other than that, they were great.

free shuttle to take us directly to and from the movies, fresh fruit and bbq on arrival, plus free breakfast! booked because of location but it was such a pleasant surprise with all the ammenities and friendly staff

there was a bbq that night and free shuttle to take us to the movies and pick us up. staff was very friendly and accomodating. breakfast was standard but tasty :)

The staff and hotel were very nice and helpful. I did ask the lady at the front desk if they had an extra hdmi cable, which they didn't, but she was very helpful. The HDMI cable would be a nice thing to have available at the hotel if needed by a guest. Thank you.

The hotel was decent, about what you would expect for the price. The location was good for us. The first room we got did have a weird smell but the staff apologized and moved us to a different room so it was not too bad. Overall it was a good stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean room with kitchen and wonderful place to stay. Away from city, nice and calm.

The room was like staying in a small studio apartment. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was large and was very clean and tidy. Everything smelled fresh too (I say this because a lot of hotel rooms have a real musky smell). The kitchen area was fantastic, with everything necessary to cook my own meal; hot plates, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, tons of new looking utensils and dishes in the cupboards. There was even a dishwasher! The bathroom was very clean, and the shower had great water pressure. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner - only a couple of small soap bars and a small tube of body lotion. So, take your own shampoo and conditioner if you need to wash your hair! In the room, there was a large comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and pillows. There was also a desk with two chairs, and a reclining lounge chair to watch TV on the flat screen. Not many channels were available on the TV - but the basics were there (ABC, CNN and a couple other news stations). The room was silent at night. I didn't hear any noise whatsoever from traffic or other guests. There was a ton of free car parking outside, very close to the entrance. I didn't utilise the gym or laundry areas, but they looked great from what I saw just walking past. I also didn't take the free breakfast on offer, so I can't say much about that. However, I think I recall the staff telling me it was going to be a hot breakfast. The staff were very friendly. I had two different people check me in and out, and both were chatty and asked me about my stay and my plans.

Roaches in the bathroom, another room smelling like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes..construction taking place such that there is no lobby and getting in/out of the hotel was a real pain. Stay at the Hampton Inn next door...they have suites..

We had to go through a plastic partition to get to,our room. No carpet in the hallway. Toilets stored near our room. Not good.

Difficult to find but worth it. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Looks like it is improving too. Variety of food places close.

Great staff, great room. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Some of the "suites" hotels are a little run down, this was place was fresh, clean, nice, located near a lot. Since I am not a needy person the weekly housekeeping is no issue, frankly like it so I can leave things out. Didn't see a lot of staff but those I saw were pleasant, friendly. Considering the rate and expectations, I was very happy.

Good, clean and well maintained rooms and other facilities. Good value for money.
