Because Orbitz never cancelled my reservation I had to pay for rooms I didn’t use. Orbitz told me and emailed me they cancelled the reservation but didn’t do it.

The staff were very helpful and kind! The property is beautiful but a little dated as far as the pool/ spa area. The one time I used our whirlpool tub is leaked everywhere. They did come right away to fix it... didn’t use it again just in case it would happen again.

But also, let me remind you that if your reservation was non refundable, the policy is clear when it says that with this rate you cant make changes or cancellations. For situations that might consider cancellations, we offer rates with a policy of free cancellation. Rates that are non refundable, has a lower price, with this condition, this means that you cant have the benefit of a free cancellation rate, that has a higher price.
