Great hospitality and a terrific breakfast each morning.

This was a pleasant place to stay. Thr facilities are wonderful and the staff is outstanding. The food at breakfast was good while the dinner was outstanding. The small drawbacks are the long uphill road/path to get to the hotel and no air conditioning.

The hotel is lake front, at around 3 km from town on a main road is not a friendly walk but car services and taxis are easily available and very affordable. The room was spacious but had no air conditioning as temps on this area are cooler. The staff was very nice and customer service oriented. There is an office that sells organized tours and visits. We were able to see a lot around. The tours were well organized and reasonably price. Many people rent cars at the airport so to have more flexibility. The town is nice with good local shopping and eating places. Fall is considered low season so we missed the waves of people that come during winter for skiing and winter sports. We stayed 5 days and really enjoyed it. Just remember is the South Hemisphere so Seasons are opposite (winter is June-August).

Very nice hotel, it is worthwhile itself for a nice trip to Bariloche.

Really nice hotel. Everything was nice. If you don’t mind walking it’s 20-30 minutes to the center of town. Breakfast was nice too!

Our check in and check out was excellent. We got double upgrad for being Orbitz Platinum. Room was warm and comfortable. We appreciated that they have CNN Chanel. Breakfast have the same selection every day but was very good. If they added fresh squeezed juice I will give the facility a 5star rating. Overall we were very happy to book this hotel which made our visit more enjoyable.

We booked a junior suite, with hot tube in the room. The best decision ever! The lake view from your private hot tube is uncomparable! Very good breakfast and food. Hotel is well located but I would recommend to rent a car to anyone going to Bariloche, independently of which hotel you choose. This hotel was one of the best ever for us!

The hotel has beautiful views, a comfy Jacuzzi, mediocre food, and very poor wifi. The hotel charges for ice... I thoguht this was interesting.

This is a nice modern apartment. Could use a few repairs. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.

First thought-very clean. Next, staff very helpful and friendly. The heated swimming pool was wonderful and topped off with a gorgeous view. Full breakfast was tasty and filling. The cleaning staff -great attention to detail & friendly. Tour assistant knowledgeable.

Goal was skiing, but we were able to enjoy this nice and pleasant hotel. It is simple but very comfortable and clean. Very conveniently located and easy access to good restaurants and main attractions.

Beautiful city and amazing room. Just Perfect. Ask for the Junior Suite in front of the lake.

Great place to stay!! A cab from the airport to this place is between 80 to 120 pesos ( Dollar is VERY strong in Argentina, it ranges from 4.5 to 5.5 dollars to 1 peso) . This hotel is NOT a great place for people with disabilities. So if you are on a wheelchair find somewherelse to go, hotels in 3rd world countries are not required to follow accessibility laws like in the States. The hotel has a little van that can take you to your building and pick you up (they dont tell you that when you checkin). I only used it once on my checkout so i didnt have to drag my luggage in their gravel driveway. My building was at the top, it's a 3 minute walk to the main lobby where bfast is served. Bfast is very repetitve but good. this hotel like many other business in argentina is way UNDERstaffed. One server does it all. A lot of times there werent plates nor glasses at the counter because the server was busy cleaning another table or adding more scrambled eggs. The room is VERY warm, heated floors, it has a bathtub with a great view. The floor is a little beaten up but ok. One of the great things about this place is that it's not downtown. it's a 5 minute drive from downtown (US$ 4 for a cab). So you are not where it's noisy and busy but close ebough to get there fast and cheap. For those not willing to overpay for a coke, there is a little grocery store located about a mile West of the hotel where you can buy stuff for 1/3 of the price of what they charge at the hotel. It's a pretty 1 mile walk. There is also a fitness room, heated pool (it wasnt that warm), spa etc. i recommended it!

Perfect room, specially the jacuzzi
