25 kms from Barcelona, 30' Direct access to the beach, swimming pool, restaurant, gym, children's playground, football pitch. First floor without lift. Equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, tv, wifi and parking place for small and medium vehicles.
Train station at 10' walking distance with direct departures every 8m to the centre of Barcelona arriving in only 30m.
At check-in we will ask for the tourist tax of 2 EURO per person per night.

Near the urbanisation, 500 metres away, on the N-II road, there is a petrol station, an Aldi supermarket, a Carrefour and other local shops such as meat and vegetables.

All the activities of the urbanisation are available for the guests.

No parties or events are allowed. Respect for community rules, no music, no loud voices from 22h pm to 9h am. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
