Laurel - 3 bedrooms in Sant Gervasi

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Laurel is a serene 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unique property with an uncommon 125 square meters spread inspired by grassland. This home rests in the heart of the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood. Known for its traditional charm, this neighborhood boasts an array of artisanal shops, local eats, and cozy residential streets. When the day is finished, come home to Laurel for absolute indulgence.

Not only does Laurel feature 3 bedrooms, there are also 2 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a door that opens up to a small outdoor area. Both queen size bedrooms are complete with air conditioning for maximum comfort during the hot Barcelona summers. The third bedroom has a single bed and a dedicated workstation. The detached bathroom is chic in its grassland design.

The large living room has a full entertainment system and has many wooden touches, plants, and abstract wall decorations to help bring the space together. The eating area sits adjacent to the living room with a large rustic table that comfortably seats four. Laurel also features a modern kitchen which is fully equipped and even has a countertop, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
