rude staff
hotel was quite dated, the pictures are nothing like what you find on the outside of hotel or around the pool. dirty old blue plastic sun loungers are nothing like pics of the pool. main flashy entrance on the pics is closed and makes the hotel look abandoned when you get there. We reserved a double room and were given a twin one when we arrived. when told i had to pay £25 for an upgrade i questioned this an asked for it to be offered free as i had booked a double, lady rang someone up then said it was fine. when we left we were still charged the £25 and called a liar by lady on reception, i was very shocked by her rude and abrupt behaviour. the location of the hotel is really good and it was clean but would not visit it again
