Some things were good and some were really bad. Good things: cleaning, location close to subway and in a good area and WiFi worked great. However some things are NOT OK: my wife got "stung" by a sewing needle in the quilt, we told reception and they sad it would all be replaced. Great, except it wasnt replaced and the same thing happened again later the next day. Nothing that will kill you but a jumping kid might get hurt. There were absolutely nothing to stop sounds coming in from the hallway outside our room, there was a 1 cm gap on the bottom of the door. You could hear people talking with no problem and they could ofcourse hear us as well. The bed wasnt at all comfortable, you could clearly feel the springs in your back. This place has some work to do but with some, to be honest, easy fixes it can be a OK place to stay.

Even though we arrived late and Carlos, the receptionist, was warm and welcome giving us the impression of a well organised hotel, unfortunately we experienced otherwise. The rest of the workers barely spoke English while bread crumbs were lying all over the restaurant's floor and the plates were nowhere to be found. Moreover, the walls were so thin, you could listen to all other guests walking by. Last but not least, the cleaning ladies talked to each other loud and banged the doors. No way you could rest after 8 am!

We just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Although the hotel is very nice and modern, The service was very bad. Let me start by pointing out that the ac didnt cool at all. We contacted front desk and they said that because the city its still in winter time they only turn the heater on. It was hot outside. We had to sleep withe the windows open. The first day when we came back to the room they did not change the bedsheets, the garbage was untouched and they didnt replace all the towels (we were 3 adults and they only put two bath towels), we contacted front desk again and we were told we had to go downstairs to pick up towels. Whatever happened to room service? About the garbage not being picked up they said they were gonna make a not of it. The last day, there was not water from 11am to 2pm. They said they were fixing the plumbing. The breakfast buffet was bad as well. The bread tasted old, the orange juice watered down and not that many selection of food. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for three nights for a weekend away with a friend, The only fault i could say about the hotel is the walls are very thin, one night my friend was kept awake all night by the people next door, but for me it wasn't a problem i slept right through. Other than that it is a really nice hotel. The location is good as well, about a five minute walk to the main train station.

We choose this hotel because it is very beautiful and elegant ! The staff is very nice and receptive. The property is very good and the parking service is very pratical. I recommend to everyone ! The systeme of card is very pratical because we have one card by person. It is cool !

My Wife and I stayed here between 3rd and 6th March 2018. Hotel staff welcoming and pleasant. Room was ideal and the hotel itself is located right beside Sants Estacio metro station and a 2 minute walk away from Barcelona Sants railway station. A 5 minute metro ride takes you to Drassenes station which is located in Las Ramblas and beside the Port. Ideal location.

Great Hotel with lovley rooms, Giant bed and fantastic decor. Very clean and well presented. Close to station and locsl restaurants. Staff friendly and accomdating. My only slight negative would be that the room was very cold although there was heating but this is personal preference.

This hotel is on a quiet square, yet is only a block from the metro, and three blocks from the Sants train station. Our room was stylish and comfortable. Our only minor complaint involved the shower/tub combination. The glass screen was not quite large enough to prevent water getting on the floor. The tub was narrow and as you were showering it was easy to hit the control lever with your elbow, resulting in a sudden change of temperature or supply. This hotel offers a smaller type of room, it only cost us a few euros to get a normal sized room, which we recommend.

Anybody looking for a property near to Barcelona Sants Station should look no further as the hotel offers superb location and friendly staff and is in a safe area of Barcelona. Our check-in was a breeze and we were allocated a lovely ensuite room wiith Flat Screen TV which overlooked the Main Street and noise was minimal but with double glazing it was a lovely allocated room Anybody looking for a superb location and good staff should head here ....

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and parking is possible with reservation. Only minor claim is from single room, it is smallest i have ever seen, no place for luggage, it has to lie in the middle of the aisle and you have to jump over...
