The fitness center is a stand alone center next to the hotel that offers top notch equipment and facilities, which is highly unusual for Europe.

There are very limited options in terms of restaurants, and it advertised as having a swimming pool and a gym, but these are located in the building next door and there is an extra fee if decide to use them.

The elevator features were cool. You have to operate a screen in a small standing tablet to call for you elevator. That part was neat and different than anything I was used you. Our room (which was a handicap accessible room) had a funky smell that was distracting for a while. We could quite put our finger on what it was. Perhaps a musty smell on the carpet. Perhaps a foul cleaning product... Not sure. But it smelled pretty poor in the room The rest of the hotel smelled fine.

Arrived late evening and nothing available to eat or drink onsite, however down the street within walking distance we were able to obtain food and drink! Staff mediocre and hotel hallways shabby. Breakfast was yummy and had many options. Hotel shuttle 5 euros/ person well worth it as cab nite before was 18 Euros!

The staff are wonderful courteous, professional, my room is cleaned daily, room service is 24 hours... I had a very good stay here, I will stay here on my next visit

Very nice hotel, shuttle service to downtown and airport was Great. Next to metro station a plus. Have stayed there before and liked it very much. Would be nice if they would give you a room when you are there before 3 p.m. They try to sell you on a suite.

This was the last day of our 30 day trip and upgraded to the suite. What an unbelievable experience we had. The place couldn't be more professional if they tried. 5 stars couldn't be easier to rate!

We booked superior view, king bed, non-smoking room and paid extra for that. Apparently hotel was overbooked and staff tried to put us in a smoking room, explaining that non-smoking is an optional feature depending on availability. When we refused, they tried to put us in room with separate beds, and finally downgraded us to room on lower floor with parking lot view (after intense exchange they admitted that it is a downgrade, but refused to compensate for the difference). They also admitted that there are available rooms of better quality if we pay extra for upgrade (which we refused). By the time we figured out the room situation, all the food places in the tower were closed. There are no food places near it and at night you left with your fridge bar in the room with $8 M&Ms and $7 0.2l orange juice bottles. In the morning restaurant opened late, so we could not get breakfast before going to the airport to catch our early plain. Worst 5star stay ever. Still trying to get reimbursement for room downgrade.

Excellent hotel with good amenities and nice view.

Had a one night stay before morning flight. Hotel has free scheduled shuttle to airport. I missed the shuttle time needed so I took a cab. Cabs wait across from the hotel so we didn't have to call for one. Hotel restaurant was good. Room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. Well kept properly.

Staff is amazing... Hotel is beautiful, clean and true to the description online. Shuttle service is limited to 8 passengers, so plan ahead. There is nothing in the area... No restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The restaurant looked very nice, however menu pricing was not very affordable. Room service charged 19 euro for a turkey sandwich. Tip: compare other area hotels for consideration to decide what is most important for the cost.
