25 Kms from Barcelona on foot of beach and train, with large corner terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. At 200m from the train station with continuous daily departures from 5 am to midnight and arrivals to the center of Barcelona in just 30 min.
Quiet and familiar area ideal for families and very good communications. Easy and free parking in the whole area with resident ticket.
The 60m2 apartment is located in a quiet family residential area 5 min walk from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and small stores, as well as playgrounds and green areas as well as the train station with direct departures to the center of Barcelona every 8 min and arrivals in 30min. It is located on the second floor without elevator and has a sunny terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. The two bedrooms are composed of a double bed and a bunk bed for two people, in addition to the sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, heating for the winter, air conditioning, good internet connection and free and easy parking nearby. A resident parking ticket is provided free of charge for guests. The keys are handed over in the apartment from 16h to 21h, after that time you will be provided with autonomous access. Area not suitable for young people looking for nightlife, ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquility, enjoy walks and beach and visits to Barcelona and Costa Brava for its good communications.

Being about 100m from a national road there may be noises that may disturb the guests if they are very sensitive.
