This stylish, quiet and bright 5 bedroom apartment is situated in the L'Eixample area, a district with beautiful and classically designed buildings created in the late 19th Century, bordering the the old City (Ciutat Vella) . It is located only 15 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and the gourmet food emporium of El Corte Ingles, or the fashionable shopping on Passeig de Gracia. In the Gothic quarter the fresh food market “Mercat de Santa Caterina”, its great restaurant & the beautiful Palau Musica and Las Ramblas are also a short walk away.

For something different, visit the beach at Barceloneta, a short taxi ride, 35min walk, or 3 stops on the metro L4. There are plenty of things to do on the beach, windsurfing and kite surfing are popular. You can also enjoy a refreshing drink from one of the many beach bars, Chiringuito Pez Vela is one of the best, or just soak up the warmth of the Spanish sun.

- Check-out before 11 a.m. (flexible)
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- Guests are provided with a 24-hour emergency number for any problems that may arise
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
