Authenticity and charm for this characterful stone and wood cottage. La Sébastiane welcomes you all year round, for walks in the forest, trout fishing, hiking and cultural hikes in the Pyrenees... Close to the ski resorts, you will enjoy meeting up with friends in this friendly and warm place for a well-deserved rest! The swimming pool is shared with the owners (terraced house). Ping-pong, mountain biking on site. Our basketball hoop is available in the thermal baths park. A pergola protected from rain and sun is available. The house is laid out on 3 levels: - on the ground floor, large living room, living room (flat screen, DVD player, Hifi system), dining area and integrated kitchen area (robot, coffee makers: classic + Senseo, thermo etc,...). WC with hand basin. Large closet with outdoor games - on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with cupboards (1 double bed 160 cm) (1 double bed 160 cm) (2 single beds 90 cm and shower room), bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine and dryer) - on the 2nd floor, relaxation lounge on the mezzanine. TV, DVD player, and many games available for young and old Underfloor heating (solar + gas) included, free thermal water at the Barbazan refreshment kiosk. Interior equipment available free of charge: fondue set, raclette machine, croque-monsieur machine, waffles, rice cooker. All baby equipment is at your disposal. Our animal friends are not accepted. For the well-being of the following tenants, the gîte is non-smoking and non-vaping. For any reservation of two consecutive weeks (or more), a 15% reduction is applied to the second week.
