Initially placed in a twin room when I booked a double room. Moved to a room that teamed of urine so bad hotel staff had to use air freshener prior to our entrance. There were a lot of mosquitoes and you could see dead mosquitoes in the wall. The bathroom was dirty the shower curtain felt slimy as if it had never been changed. The furniture was old and outdated.

My room had hardly any water pressure in the shower I had to use my hands to splash myself with water coming from the shower head. The water pressure was so low I couldn't even wash my hair as it was just barely trickling out. The rooms do not come with any blankets on the beds, only sheets. This hotel is located in the heart of the GAP, but truthfully this is a sad area. This whole country is very poor and when I was there I encountered wild roosters and chickens everywhere in the street. As well as stray dogs who clearly were starving as their ribs were showing and could barley walk from being malnourished. This country is very sad I would only recommend a visit if you plan on helping aid the people this is not a place for vacation.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Most of the hospitality staff were helpful. The staff should be more knowledgeable with events in the country. The accommodation need improving. Especially the bathroom. We also lost cable and was unable to view programs. The WiFi need improvement.

I honestly have nothing but great things to say. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. They booked my island tour for me. Set me up with the greatest taxi driver Glen who I ended up using my whole trip. The bartenders were great and friendly. Amazing location, staff and overall experience.

Hotel was okay. Room too noisy facing street/field area. Had to move second night. Staff good and understanding. Many stays in Barbados but first time this far down Gap. Not my preference for future trips but glad to get this last available room in South coast on short notice. Recommend hotel/area for younger crowd.

The Welcome At the Front desk was warm and genuine. We checked into the room in 5 minutes. All the wireless I came in contact with were very professional.

Good location (close to the beach, st lawrence gap, airport and so on), breakfasts was ok (probably, most of travelers would say is not o good :) ), but rooms are not really clean... And view from my room was on the football field...

Thank You for asking, It was a good experience and a really good vacation. Small things always happening when you vacationing but they were insignificant. Still there are things to mention because the overall rating did not have those questions to unswer. Here there are: Sun: Five Star Water: Five Star Manager: (Alicia): Five Star

The hotel is low budget. If you are just looking for a place to shower and get a few hours of sleep this is the place. We had no phone in our room the entire stay. Soccer field right next door, very disturbing if your room is on that side when they have games. Very loud. The only positive is you can walk across the street to the beach.

The location is good but in this modern day the rooms need to be cleaner and more presentable. From dingy towels to poorly completed maintenance and a shower head that has not been cleaned since the dark ages. I will rather sleep at the airport thank stay here. I could not even eat the continental breakfast that was part of my package, such a turnoff.

Everything was great and clean from the staff to the room. Theres a restaurant/bar downstairs with great food and drinks. The pool was clean and Taxi/rental service is next door... not to mention all the activities around and places to eat and have a good time. The beach is also extremely close. The only issue I had was the spotty wifi. Everything else was great.

everyone is very helpful and very friendly. from restaurant to front desk to room service the standards are high the needs of the customer are met with ease. the internet is very slow. that is the only thing that bothered me.

Time at this hotel was short but well spend. Staff was friendly and food at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced

Arriving late at night, the attendant was not only polite but assisted me with suitcases and escorted me to my room. The next morning when I needed help with Internet connection, a maintainance worker sporting dreads left his post of duty and provided me the help I needed. The breakfast workers were also gracious and friendly. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely return because of the service and the price.

Hotel in a quiet area.Across from beach.Room clean. I got there at 11:00 at night and left very early. Did not have time to meet any staff. Only person I met was security guard who made check-in and check - out. There is a swimming pool but beach is across the street. Downtown is about 15 minutes drive. For the price of the room it was a very good deal.

walking distance to the beach, food and entertainment for a single traveler.

Hotel is right across from dover beach. But it is a bit of a walk to the main restaurants in st, lawrence gap and also to the bus stop is you want to take the bus to bridgetown or another beach. Room was clean. I did ask for king bed and found that they put 2 twin beds together but i talked with staff and got changed to another room with 1 king bed.

great location, close to beach and nightlife (St. Lawrence Gap)

NICE PLACE BUT NEED SOME FIXING UP. THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD.

Our return flight home was delayed so we decided to stay an extra night but didn't like the all inclusive resort we were at. We wanted something inexpensive and near the beach and this place was that and more! We wished we would've looked at this hotel before we'd booked at the barbados beach club. Will definitely stay here again if we go back!

Dear Tanicka, Our hotel is situation in the St. Lawrence Gap area and we are an affordable accommodation, however the comments you have made are not our normal standards and we do have a team that is on duty 24 hours a day, so we would always appreciate this feedback while you are in house so we can assess the feedback and assist with providing an alternative room so your stay would be more enjoyable.
