Coconut Court Beach Hotel

Recent guest reviews

Was at coconut court for 2 weeks and had a great time. We were in a non remodeled room but worked for us, we had everything we needed. Food was good and took advantage of double happy hours for sure. Antonio at the beach bar is the most awesome bartender! All staff was great. Singer on Thursday night is great, plays all those loved great dance to songs from 60-80s. Had great time dancing under the stars! Their beach is lovely, lots of shade under the trees, loved the jacuzzi too, would end many of our days bubbling in there. Barbados is beautiful island and felt very safe traveling around on our own in the $2 buses. Went on teds island tour which was great sampling of whole island, he is a great tour guide! Also went on 5 hour snorkel and lunch catamaran tour on calabasa, what a fabulous time, it is a must do! The best thing we did the whole time we were there. Only 12 people on trip so very intimate and you feel pampered. We booked these at activity center right at hotel. Also must do beach day is the boatyard at Carlisle bay, most gorgeous water and beach on whole island in my opinion. Great deal, it is $25us pp and they give you $20 credit back to buy food and drinks. To our surprise food was very good there. Best restaurant we went to in st lawrence gap was harlequin, ended up going there 3xs and every meal was excellent! Overall, everything was great! Food overall is expensive so if from US just be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. we will be back again for sure!

a cleen basic hotel. close to nice beaches but not on a beach.

Has a beautiful beach and the view from the room is amazing. The room was very big. The food was also good. For 85 dolars a nigth is a really bargin. The bed was not that confortamble and the air conditioner made a lot of noice.

I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and the Coconut Court was a great bang for my buck.

The hotel was nice, but the beach and staff were awesome! It was not just another chain hotel, it was local and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The beach was beautiful with huge palm trees and gorgeous water, plus a beach bar right there! Overall the best vacation! Very relaxing and no stress! The beds were very hard and no bathtub, but it was still great.

The Hotel was located on the beach which was very nice. Most of the staff was very friendly. The prices are a bit high for the food at the hotel. Next time will look to book at an all inclusive hotel.

I stayed there in June 2015, The room is spacious and clean , all the rooms face the ocean so everyone gets an ocean view . It's in a good location, on the beach and on the main road , easy transportation . Upon entering hotel was greeted with a bottle of rum punch and a hand written note ( nice touch ) The electronics are a little dated, not the most modern hotel but clean and spacious with a big balcony . Ground floor has 3 pools and a mini pool for kids. Nice restaurant and bar facing the ocean . Overall it's a clean simple spacious hotel .

Hotel rooms don't seem safe - old policies need to be reviewed - they don't allow guest only if they register..how absurd...wifi keeps dropping.

First time staying at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel. The rooms were quite large with a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. This is an older hotel and as such the T.V. did not work really well and the bathroom is rather outdated. However, the hotel is located right on the beach and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the hotel was within walking distance to good restaurants which more than makes up for any conveniences that the room may lack. They also had nightly entertainment which was fun. We toured the island by van, visited the wildlife preserve, Hastings Cave and swam with t he sea turtles. I would definitely go back to this hotel, but would also consider exploring other options on the island. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is right on the beach. It has a pool, hot tub and plenty of palm trees or umbrellas for shade. Great deals on drinks at the outside hotel bar, especially during happy hours.

The location, staff, room and especially the proximity to hot tub and a few yards from the beach made this ideal for my 88 year old Mom whose birthday we were celebrating. It would have gotten a 5 stars if we did not have the problem with three large roaches in one of the three rooms. We had the garden rooms. My sister was terrified. Thank God I did not see them I would have been out of there.

Coconut Court Beach Hotel was perfect for my husband"s first visit to Barbados. We loved that it is on the beach and love that the rooms were both island and beach view. The only negative I have is that out shower was too small, 4'x4', we kept bumping into the soap dish and walls while showering. The location was an easy bus ride to Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown, and Speightstown. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would definately stay there again but in the newer section where the rooms and bathrooms are larger.

This was our family first trip to Barbados. The Hotel was nice however we did not eat in the hotel because the prices were a bit too high. But in terms of location you can not find better spot. Nice board walk few minutes away by the beach which stretches all the way to Accra Hotel. Room was clean staff were nice and helpful. We will be back!

The is the perfect hotel for those wanting to get away without a huge expense. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and immediately on any problems. The small kitchenette with the microwave, toaster and mid size refrigerator are great to help out with not having to eat out every meal . The free wi-fi was great for keeping in touch with family members. The pool and spa close down too early and there should be a sign to keep children out of the spa otherwise everything is was great.
