Wonderful staff!
Open during construction with no elevator to second floor. Had to stay on first floor where other rooms had open windows from construction. It was open to the public and this is a run down area. Couldnt get out of there fast enough. Large room that was updated… but still had issues. Large pools of water on the floor. Uneven planks of vinyl between rooms.
We couldnt go because flight was canceled and they wouldnt refund
Old property some time smells very bad

Staff was nice and once inside the room it was nice. Hallways were dirty and musty.
They say location is everything and apparently that is true for Ramada. Very high priced due to its proximity to Acadia National Park. It is an acceptable place to stay, but for what I was paying I did not appreciate the lack of housekeeping services and limited breakfast offerings.
Pet friendly, generally clean, great service, staff trying best on breakfast food for Covid period but need to give the poor lady some help in breakfast room.

Hallway carpet is super stained, ceiling is cracked, wallpaper is peeling, phone didn't work. But there was a mini fridge, a bathroom heat lamp, and friendly service. A real mixedbag.

Would not recommend this hotel. The property is dirty and rundown. Drunken loud guests kept us up late into the night which we could hear through the paper thin walls.
