This is a great Hotel for a getaway to Casino. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast in the morning. We will stay here again in the future!

Someone stole the TV box in the suite we stayed in, the front desk was overwhelmed with guests while we waited to get it fixed, no maintenance team available either. Issue could not be fixed so we had to switch to a non-suite.
They upgraded my room to a suite and offered me a 12:30pm check out. My room was already ready when I got there at 2:30pm. The people at the front desk were very friendly as well.
For the price, this hotel should at least be clean and kept up properly maintained. There are simple, cheap things that need to je foxed throughout the hotel, and I assume in all ros, as ours was a disgrace. Cherry on top- Staff is not friendly. One guy at front desk was texting while my family and I stood there waiting fro assitance. We should have spemt half the money and stay at the Roadway Inn down the street. That's what this Holiday In Express is comparable to.
Bathroom lights were non functional not even a respectful appology

We were surprised how nice the hotel was for the area. Very comfortable beds, updated furniture and bathroom, and good breakfast. Staff was friendly. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again when in the area.

My room reeked of chlorine so badly that I couldn’t beathe and my eyes were watering. They allowed me to switch rooms, but the 2nd room also had problems….the primary problem being that the window shade wouldn’t roll down. I asked for it to be repaired but it was not repaired during my two day stay. I had a hard time sleep because of the light from the interstate
I had a confirmed reservation through Orbitz. I arrived to the hotel to check in and the manager tells me my reservation was canceled when it was updated with new dates of our traveling, no accommodations at all. My husband and I had to find another hotel last minute. So stressful, and then They still charged my CC a full 4 nights stay. Currently in the middle of getting a refund through my CC company. Will never book this place again. Horrible experience. It’s privately owned and bashing the branded name of Holiday Inn.
