It was our 1st visit to Dresden from the states. The staff was incredible giving us guidance on how to get to differentt destinations. Anything we needed, they were ready to help. The hotel is beautiful and right in the center. Fantastic location.
They are understaffed. Both at check in and check out i had to wait in line for 20+minutes. And at departure the employee did not know how to do a money exchange so had to join another line for another 15min so that the other employee with knowledge can serve me. Other than that the hotel is perfectly located, rooms are great, and all went nice
