Everything was nice, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, but cold when we got to it.

I wasn't aware this was a smoking hotel. My friend and I were given a smoking room. The hallway stunk and the room stunk even more. There were burn holes in the bedspreads, the chairs were disgusting. I opened the window to air the room out to find no screen. We found a new hotel and checked out. The staff was friendly. They gave me a complete refund. I've stayed in some bad places but this one beat them all.

This was a nice hotel, very close to restraunts and had a nice one inside the hotel. The free breakfast was also very good and the staff was awesome

The place was clean and the breakfast was good the only bad things were it is two stories and they don't tell you there is no elevator. Also we had to go down two extremely long hallways to get to our room after lugging suitcases up stairs

We rented adjoining non-smoking rooms for 2 nights and it smelled like someone was smoking in it every night! There are 2 asthmatics in our family and it was very difficult for us to breath. I made the staff aware and they basically said they were booked and there wasn't much they could do and the next day they were unable to move us to suitable rooms because there were no more adjoining rooms available. Overall we were very dissatisfied with our stay and will not be returning.

Hotel is what you'd expect for the price. Would have been better if the sink would drain and the toilet would flush.

The hotel was very easy to find. Extremely nice staff.

The service is good. But the hotel is not very clean -- when we entered out room, there was a bag of trash lying on the ground.

Stayed here right before our flight back to the west coast. It was an older Ramada Inn that I have been in, but was affordable and close to where we wanted to be. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It isn't a five star hotel, but budget friendly.

Our king room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, pillows, linens. The Ramada's staff went out of their way to offer help or directions or just a friendly Good morning. The staff would be reason enough to stay here again the next time we visit. Thanks everyone!

Very good stay for the money. Convenient location just off the highway. My 5 year old loved the pool!! I will definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. Love the new remodels to the pool and it was nice not to be woken up by drunk people leaving Barnabys. My only complaint was the lack of housekeeping service. We stayed 3 days, they did not remove our trash until after we called the front desk.

Stayed at his hotel for the Rise Above Festival down at the Waterfront in Bangor. The room (king sized bed room) I had was very clean and the front desk people were extremely nice. They had a free shuttle to the concert venue which picked us up when it was over no extra charge. According to a family member who stayed at the Holiday Inn down the street, I got a steal in price for the room. I enjoyed my stay entirely and will definitely book again for next years Rise Above Fest!

Great location, close to highway. Clean and good size room. Restaurant on location. 8 of 10

The staff was very helpful in general, and the restaurant staff was particularly nice about accommodating our wide range of food needs (seniors, kids, allergies, etc...). Rooms were standard - very clean, good strong shower, comfy beds.

The facility was clean, well-cared for, and well-furnished. The room was comfortable and met my standards - included microwave, refrigerator, coach, and desk in the room. The only negative is that the hallway doors were not installed so that they seal out all sound completely and the sound proofing in the walls could have been a bit greater. Otherwise, it was well worth the value for a couple nights stay rather than paying twice the amount per night to stay in a B&B or hotel along the more touristy main coast or in Bar Harbor during peak season.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, nice pool and patio. Would stay here again if in the area.

Clean hotel. Right off the highway. Great breakfast. Nice staff

Clean, Friendly Staff, Nice Restaurant On Site. Easy Access to All bangor Activities!

Nice clean hotel with nice complimentary breakfast. Staff was very nice.
