I like this hotel as I have stayed there many times. It is fairly convenient to both airports and just about 3 or 4 blocks from the Airlink. The rooms are big and confirtable, the breakfast is very good and the rates are very reasonable. The staff is very nice but at times seem to forget things. You may need to ask several times...
Great service, very helpful staff . The room was huge with a great balcony just like in the pictures. The bathroom was very espacious with great fixtures. Very comfortable king size bed , great working air conditioner. Going to central Bangkok was very easy due to the train station 5 minutes away. Believe me at 5 pm heading to the hotel and with that not moving anywhere tragic you’ll be glad to catch that train and bypass that traffic mess.
We got in late from a flight from south Thailand and left early the next day to get a flight back to the U.S. Had a good breakfast that morning and the staff was very friendly. They got us a cab in the a.m. and told us about how much it would cost.

Booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport as per the web site. Taxi drive to the airport at 4 AM was 20 minutes. Hotel appered newly build and spartan which would be OK, but there were no decorations, carpets, water pressure low - difficult to fill the bathtub. One restaurant on the premises, mediocre. Slum/constructions sites around the hotel, so unable to walk befor/after dinner. Clean rooms, awesome staff made the stay OK. However - bus full of Chinese tourists checked in later in the night, fortunatelly to a different building ( hotel has 3 buildings). Price was very reasonable, guess you get what you pay for.
