Upon arrival the doors were opened for us, our bags were taking up to the room and the whole building smelt amazing! We were shown to our room, it was beautiful! It looked very clean and spacious. Upon further inspection the dresser looked very grubby (I think this is due to its age) and today we have had our bed sheets replaced and there is a dirty stain on it. The maids are very polite. I ordered toast from room service, this was barley toast, it had no colour and was barely warm. I basically got served 3 peices of white bread which cost me 120bht. Which leads me onto another thing there is a large service charge for room service and service by the pool! We ordered a Chang beer and a Coke which should have cost 260bht which when we got the bill totalled to 300bht. We was not informed of the service charge so please be aware of what you order and the cost! All of the staff are kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
These apartments have a great central location, close to the BTS (Asoke station) and some of Bangkok's best shopping malls. Directly connected to the nearby, and most expensive, Rembrandt Hotel, the Rembrandt Towers can be reached either from Sukhumvit Soi 18 or from Sukumvith Soi 20. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, bars and 24/7 general stores. The rooms, though not huge, are very comfortable. Very efficient cleaning service with daily change of towels. Some staff can be more friendly. Some parts of the hotel would need some maintenance (the moqutte in the corridors reveals its full age), but overall the price is justified.
This is not a place if you expecting a hospitality, courtesy from the hotel staff or management ! This is a service apartment , not suitable for family or friends . Place has gone down completely .........
As a official holiday we were a group of 50 person staying there. it was nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Staffs are friendly. Pool was big. paid Television channel is hidden and it cost some of our rooms at check out.
Stayed for 6 nights with family. The stay was just brilliant. The staff was very helpful and nice. The new refurbished rooms are good. The GM Mr Khanna, is doing a great job. Location of hotel is best soi 18, for famalies best location, good restaraunt's, convinient stores, etc are all below. Emporio mall, dinosaur park, laser tag, etc is just on the corner. Assistant manager mr rank was also very helpful.
This is my home 4 months each year. I am staying here as I write this. I have stayed at all of the serviced apartments in Bangkok and this is the best in terms of room size, location, amenities and wi-fi. Their new room designs are well worth the extra money. The staff are also great. Problems are resolved in minutes. All for this at the best room rates in Bangkok
Me and my family feel like we are in our home This place is awasome and best in all sense I wooluld recomend everone to stay in this hotle and fell like its your own home exprenise In simple words i have been and stay at many hotels around the world but overhere its like your own and staff is very friendly and co-operative I
We were a group of friends with small children, and had booked the 2 - 2 Bedroom Apartments. At the time of booking, we had requested for an upgrade to the Superior Rooms, and at the time of check in, were given the same. Unfortunately, on two different floors- 21 and 22 , but appreciated their gesture of doing the same. The rooms were spacious, modern and exactly what we were looking for our group. Overall, The Hotel is a little dated, the room service menu is limited, but they have quite a few restaurants in walking distances. Have a very nice spread for breakfast. The kitchenette provided is well equipped and does the job. The have housekeeping undertaken everyday, the staff is polite, courteous and smiling. We did have a bit of misunderstanding with the booking of the Vans with the front office staff, but that was sorted out eventually. Taxis/ Vans are available outside the property too. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay during our four nights stay in Bangkok.
We stay at the Rembrandt evrey time when we are in BKK, 5-6 time a year. Allways very nice. Even so this time was a little problem at check in the staff at the front desk solved it without much trouble, thank you. I will stay there again
Room are very good. We stayed in Superior One BHK. There one Indian grocery store at the gate which is very handy. If we travel to BKK ever again we dont have search for accommodation. Room had washing machine and full kitchen. There is one Indian restaurant in the premise and one just opposite. Getting a taxi is difficult but such is the case any where in BKK. We used GrabTaxi app and got good taxi deals.
