Good hotel in a decent location even if a little dated and at $90/night a little expensive for Bangkok. Staff were very eager to please even if their English was limited. (Much better than my Thai though!) A nice pool with a decent bar and sunshine for more of the day than I could handle. Got stuck in the lift, briefly, when the power failed as I was about to check out but other than that a very positive experience.

Very well locacted hotel, subway arround the corner, nice staff and the hotel restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet, it also has a nice pool and a very complete gym

This hotel is good, the staff is also nice and polite, the roms quality is good, the only issue is that internet signal sometimes goes down.

The hotel is located near shopping malls such as Siam malls or terminal21. Also, there are a lot of convenience stores or restaurants near this hotel.

Very good location, good pool and gym. Very central and Starbucks at the lobby. RECOMMENDABLE!

Very nice staff. Easy to walk to or catch a bike taxi to brs station.

Upon entering the hotel, it looks pretty good. There's a Starbucks on the ground floor and everything is nice and clean. The room itself was so, so. Older furniture, loose tiles, loose wall paper, has the feel of the 70's. That being said the room was clean, but I gotta say that it looks as though the hotel is used by many foreigners for their adult entertainment if you know what I mean. There was definitely a few awkward moments in the elevator which said ladies and the creepy guys who partake. That being said, if you're staying near the Soi Cowboy what else can you expect?

Location next to Nana skyway, great restraunts, bars in area.

excellent location good selection of entertainments and food close by. walking distance to Nana and cowboy.

Sukhumvit soi 11 is all about being in the action and this hotel is in the heart of it. if you like the hustle and bustle combined with the quietness of a mid size hotel this is a decent start. The staff upgraded us on check in to the Club floor- i would recommend that as an option, although I have not tried the lower tier. Next time may try it again if i have a longer stay - one night is not full evaluation.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Overall, everything is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is good and the location is good. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

in a typical BKK busy district yet close enough to the MRT, BTS and shopping. Hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and professional. I will stay here again sometime soon.

While convenient to the sky train, this road is not appropriate for families who are not looking for companionship with individuals of dubious genders. Women traveling alone at night should stay away from this area (unless she is looking for companionship with individual genders).

We had transferred from another Bangkok hotel to the President, and we're extremely happy to have done so. Immediately you are greeted by the very attentive staff. Our rooms were clean and in good condition. The breakfast they offered had so many great selections, both western and Thai. We were very happy with the President Palace hotel. Also it's just a short walk to the Nana train stop, which made for easy access throughout the city.

It was the first time for me to stay in the Sukhumvit area--probably not my favorite area but there are many hotels to choose one. I stayed here because it's centrally located. The proximatey to the Skytrain is a plus since every time we got in a taxi the traffic was bad and it took longer. Stayed at the President Palace for 3 nights while doing sight-seeing in Bangkok. The problem was we checked in late (midnight) and the night staff didn't have the room we reserved. They put us in another room and the next night made up for us by moving us to the room we requested and also gave us access to the Executive Club room, which was nice. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked fine. This is a decent hotel, but we disliked the elavator--there were 2 of them but they were too small and cramped. Also, be aware that there are several "President" hotels in the area and many taxi drivers won't know the name. Make sure to have the address ready (in Thai preferrably).

Really nice hotel in a great location. Concierge service excellent and everyone friendly. The hotel restuarant was "Manchester United" which felt a bit odd but it was not bad. There are lots of other alternatives near by if you want other types of food.

Great value. The hotel is in a great location. Nice pool, peaceful and relaxing. A pool bar where you can order food. Free breakfast - huge buffet. Small but useful fitness center. Clean and large rooms. Friendly staff, they make you feel like royalty. Free wifi with routers in each room. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Great location. Girl friendly. Good value for the money. The restaurant is too expensive. Plenty of cheaper options nearby.

What they list as airport shuttle is actually a paid limo service ($60 round trip). Had 2 employees lie to me about the cost knowing that by the time I found out they would be gone, and I would have to pay it to make my flight. Poor customer service isn't part of an upscale hotel experience! Their phone number was incorrect on the listing too!

Best hotel ever! Incredible staff, super helpful. Beautiful hotel, very new. If ever in Bangkok again must/will stay there.
