The hotel has a Sophisticated feel with great service. The staff is super friendly. The Buffet was incredible and a great value. The embassy neighborhood is super clean and convenient to BTS. We really enjoyed our time in Bangkok.
Front desk lady Witchuda Yolai has been very helpful every time I stay with them. Overall service by the staffs is really good and they always remember me by my name. 6 star service and quality!!!!!!!
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Amazing variety & great taste. Excellent service & hospitality. Rooms were well appointed & spacious. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. It is very easy to get in & out of this hotel. Close to everything! Would stay without any hesitation
Top notch hotel with impeccable service -- particularly from Julius at the restaurant. He made sure that the breakfast buffet was complete, including getting us to-go bags when we were in a hurry. Highly recommended.
We are staying for a second time in two years in Plaza Athenee Bangkok, great experience. Our friends and us are having a great time and fun in here. Great food, location, reasonable price. Owesome personnel, high customer service. Special thanks to Anton and Chamawee, really great guys. Yuo won't forget this experience.
one of the most friendly, accessible and welcoming hotels I've encountered in Bangkok. We stayed at this grand dame property after researching several 5 star hotels in the area including the newly opened Okura, the So Sofitel and W. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The staff is exceptionally friendly and well trained (also the noticeable presence of several foreign management trainees from overseas was a welcome sight indicating the hotel's management's desire to internationalise their property). The rooms are very comfortable (great bed!), the pool is large with plenty of sun loungers, the breakfast is truly overwhelming and has so much on offer. Little details like fresh French pressed coffee, in abundance and quickly served (a pet peeve of this writer is slow/bad coffee service at hotel breakfasts) made me happy. Location-wise Wireless Road is equidistant between the Silom and Sukhumvit areas and the hotel's proximity to Ploen Chit BTS + several high end shopping malls made it a really great find. We had the chance to meet a few members of the hotel staff who offered great insights to unique, very fun bars and restaurants, sharing their best of Bangkok locales with us. This was greatly appreciated. Will return!
Beauty. Serene. Tranquility. Since we arrived at entrance of this hotel till checking out for our 3nights stay was more than we expected. This hotel has many rooms but i didn't feel any crowds or touristy at all. We used pool, gym and restaurants during our stay and enjoyed them so much. Pool is not big but plenty of shade, deck chairs and towels. Staff is helpful when we ask. I like that they don't walk around and ask all guests drink or any help. They know we need space to relax. House keeping responsed so fast and was kind. Towels in room are huge and of course soft, bathrobes and slippers made extra comfort in room. Shower and tub is separated, water pressure is perfect. Amenities are a bit too much if you consider about environment at this time. I liked all the staff in this hotel that how they talk, how they keep our space, how to reach and help. I'm afraid that i can find better hotel than this. So probably we will stay here again.
My wife and I stopped at the Plaza Athenenee in our trip to Europe and then for R&R on our way home 3 months later. WE were met as family in our return with our usual taxi driver Prateep Boonyanuruk and taken quickly to the Club Lounge for our booking in. The staff as usual there were efficient and warm after our 24 hours of travel offering us coffee and assistance with Our paperwork. The proved as usual to have excellent recognition skills when we arrived and during our 6 days there The Raintreev Cafe our favourite breakfast venue providebits quality and expansive offerings and the assistance of the maitre de Mahler each morning with her cheery greeting and the fresh coconut really started each day well. The evening we spent with a guest athe the Chinese restaurant in the hotel was excellent as the food and service overwhelmed us. The Vincierge and the English speaking staff who welcomed us each day arranged Siam tickets or gave advice enriched or stay As my wife said nothing was a problem for our housekeeper in R 902 The new renovations were muted but refreshing and our stay achieved our aim. R&R when returning from such a long trip. In a city of magnificent hotels after staying in 25 different hotels from bad to outstanding this was our hotel home Thank you to staff and management .
I discovered this hotel only recently and it surpassed my expectations. The hotel is very luxurious and the team very helpful and courteous. Thai hospitality is by far the best in the world they ensure that every guest is special. The executive lounge is one of the bests I have experienced. The pool is also the largest I have come across in a city hotel. The pool deck is big and very green. The hotel is very centrally located and has many restaurants and a very beautiful café.
We stayed at this property for 3 nights during a long weekend. I've stayed at many SPG hotels, and this one is definitely one of the best ones! Staff was so friendly and helpful when you had questions, and they always greeted us and made us feel welcome.
