Great location bed staff and food. Room was modern with plenty of plugs for iPhone and tablet.

My own experience was atrocious. I reserved for a 3 night stay. First night needed to change rooms since shower was broken. Also water would not drain properly and would leak into the entire bathroom floor. Tech comes and acknowledged the problem along with the hot and cold water not working properly. They tell me either to change to a twin bed room (I reserved for a king) or that they would move me tomorrow. Fine I waited until the next day since they had promised me it would be available by 12 noon. The next day I call around 12:30pm and they tell me to wait since the rooms aren’t ready. I waited an hr until they changed my room. The new room smelled of smoke and ac was horrible. I called again and again they send someone over. The guy acknowledgedes the issues and they again propose the same offer as the day before. Only a twin bed room is available or wait until the next day. I was not pleased. The regular rooms have glass door to the bathroom so that you have no privacy and the higher tiers have diggers to solve this issue but not in the regular rooms. AC is horrible here. It doesn’t get cool in the room and showers are subpar too since water temperature cannot stay to one temperature during a shower. I obviously do not recommend this to anyone.

Convenient location, very clean, friendly staff, superb lunch buffet. The room is small though.

Rooms are small, very small. 1/5 of the space taken by bathroom, glass separated to betray smallness I guess. Towels: some in shreds. Manager: may be contacted only asking for appointment, Monday mornings. Extended stay from 12 noon to 5 PM: full day charge. Internet: if you have a problem, you are addressed to Ext 53 so that you call the Internet service and try to solve the issue (disconnected every time after I read ONE email). Caters to groups, and I extended three more bookings to coincide with my group. I regret that, and Gate1 should do better than contracting with this hotel.

Good condition, but the breakfast menu was not that enough.

My only complaints are that the restaurant was marginal, but it was not a dealbreaker. Also, the temperature in the room stayed quite warm despite turning the thermostat to its lowest setting. Otherwise, it was a great stay in a central and accessible location.

Stayed hete for almost 2 weeks. Had a great time, great staff, great rooms, Staff goes out of the way to make sure the guest is happy. Fir sure Will be back again

Pretty good Hotel has a dancing club under it. Pool is very noisy since on busy street . but its understandable since on the main street.

great hotel, very good location,,nice friendly staff and value for money

My First time in Thailand and Bangkok. This Hotel was a wonderful accident as I most probably would have opted for another except my friends had recommended it..Its in a quiet part of Bangkok. I should clarify "quiet" Lots of traffic of course but not surrounded by any of the noisy bars and clubs Bangkok to famous for. They are 10 mins away.... as is the main commercial Centre's and shopping malls. In the Hotels immediate area there are some really nice boutique restaurants and cool open air bars. I highly recommend for Family's and singles looking for a little distance from the rat race while still being close to the action.

I arrived early and the front desk staff were very friendly and did their best to find me a room. Good bell boys who went out of their way to flag down a taxi to the airport using the meter. The pool is really small. They have a big sauna in the men's locker room. There were no staff around on the pool/gym floor. I would have liked a staff member to be around to enforce the pool/gym rules. There were a number of guests swimming in their underwear (men) and others swimming in their clothes (women). Also in the fitness room one man came in and stripped down to his underwear and undershirt right in front of me (no shoes) and used the running machine. Then he was one of the ones who then went swimming in his underwear. I couldn't use the pool after seeing such a thing.

Stayed in Novotel Silom the first time 4 years back. Have to say,it just gets better and better with every stay. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Great breakfast buffet and also the dinner buffet silvery good. Rooms are very clean. Will for sure be back.

Room is clean, shower is awesome, wifi works well but location is not that convenient cause not too close to skytrain. Have to walk like 10mins to the closest skytrain. It's kind na adds up if you take a taxi or tuk-tuk when you go out.

The breakfast is Ok. It doesn't have many variety as expected for a 4 star hotel.

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stop on the way to India, flying from California. Clean , efficient and very comfortable. Good connections, close to shops and sights. We booked again on the way back.
