Price is reasonable and it close to the airport. The condition was OK. But there is only one power plug which is not so good. The furniture and wall appears to be old and it would be nice to repaint them.

Convenient location nice hotel bathtub. Easy access to airport link

Smelly rooms , plumbing issues Bathroom old and dirty

The photo that were shown was totally different from the actual room. The bathroom and toilets are dirty. The tv was an old model. The room was a total opposite of what they've shown on their website.

For someone who spends over 200 days or year in hotels, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The hotel charges you for Wi-Fi, doesn’t give you a high-quality room even though you purchased the best quality room on Orbitz. Essentially, there are better options out there and you should avoid.

It’s advertised as having internet but the signal is so weak that I couldn’t even log in. Beds were very unstable, the slightest movement could be felt by your partner, floor was filthy, I don’t think it had been vacuumed in a long time, lots of small particles everywhere on the very dirty carpeting. Outside and lobby of the hotel look nice but that’s where it ends, elevator was like a 100 degree baking oven riding up and down 17 floors, if it wasn’t for the close location to the light rail and street foods it would be 1 star for me. This stay actually costed me money because I lost work due to no internet, the internet was one of the main reasons I booked, totally false advertising, very disappointing.

I've been going to this hotel for years due to the price and convenient location to the Airport Link train. Rooms haven't changed much. Decent for the price. Not 5 star. If you weren't born with a silver spoon in your mouth, this place is very usable for a visit to Bangkok. They offer a buffet breakfast that is good, but not great like some resorts. But for the price of ~$6, it is great. In the past, they had slowly gone down in little ways. Cheap napkins and street vendor type cutlery. Well, that has all changed. They moved the buffet across the room to a better location, cutlery is now A1, quality paper napkins, and staff more proactive on keeping the buffet just right and used tables cleared quickly. The food choices haven't changed much, but someone is definitely looking at how to make things better than before. So, I continue to recommend the place as an affordable and practical choice in BKK.

I have very mixed feelings about Nasa Vegas. If you're flying a far distance into BKK airport, it's a fine place to sleep off jet lag with AC for cheap -- but leave there ASAP. Pros: AC Works Well, Extremely Convenient for Transit to/from BKK Airport, Nice Staff Cons: Paid for WIFI that was so bad I was not able to hold my business Skype call. Bathroom floor was badly stained black. Room service food was awful. And the worst: someone used a keycard to get into my room at 3 am when I was sleeping. It was just a mistake, as she left right away clearly embarrassed (maybe got a replacement key and forgot the room number), but it made me feel very unsafe to be woken up by a stranger IN my room in the middle of the night. If I had booked more than just two nights there, I would have canceled the rest. It's fine to sleep away a day or so while recovering from jet lag, but it was also one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I've ever had.

doesn't matter if you already made reservation, it's more like first come first serve. when we arrived they told us, they didnt have the room we booked in.. instead they gave us much smaller room with the dirty sink, toilet and smell room.

Hotel is easy access to airport. When we reached the hotel we were amaze that it was so big. We checked in it was all ok. But when we entered our room we we're disappointed. We realized that the building was old because of the set up of the room. Bathroom are small and you can tell that it has been decades like I don't wanna step onto it and the shower is black and rusty. Even the beddings seems old. The rooms needs to be renovated just to catch up the technology today and the other new hotels. Can be recommended for accessibility to the airport only.

Always a good experience!! Will stay there everytime I vacation in that area !!

Rusty water ...everything ok no bacon at breakfast

Looks good on the outside and the lobby and near the train station, that's it. The rooms are dated and small, moldy bathroom and tiny. You have to pay for their wifi.

carpet was very old and dirty, no lights in the hallway and elevator goes up to 19 floor and my room was in 20 floor.

Hard to beat this place for price performance. It isn't a 5 star, but a very functional 3 star. Add to that the fact that it is right off the Airport Link and near the canal boats, getting around is easy and fast from here. The all you can eat breakfast is decent and predictably consistent. Just remember to pay 140bt at reception the day before or you will be charged 180bt in the morning. However, the 24hr restaurant's menu is over-priced with not so great service. You will find better options on the street and across the street at the new mall on the 4th floor.

Location is nice next to airport link if coming from airport, but everything else is substandard. Bed was like a sheet of plywood with a sheet over it. Upgraded room was exact same as standard room with a card lock instead of a key lock being the only difference. Internet is 5 dollars extra per day which I purchased but it did not work at all on laptop, only worked on android phone. Would not work on my windows computer or friend's mac. Broken system with no help from staff. Have stayed here many times before, will not stay again.

I had a three night stay at this hotel as a good price. I expected the minimum in accommodation to go with the price. I was greeted and checked in quickly by the very helpful front desk staff. The room was large and clean. The A\C and refrigerator work properly.

Stayed here for a week and choice was made by price and looks. Outside of the property and lobby are very nice and have class but the shortcomings in the room. Old decor and bathroom facility, only a handheld shower head. The tv was a 20 year old tube unit and wifi is non existent. The upgraded rooms are quite nice with flatscreen TVs. They advertise WiFi but there is none

AC didn't work. The room was old and carpet was dirty. Old furniture, ..the room was very dark. overall the room needed to be refurbished badly. location was really good. You can take train from the airport straight to the hotel and the hotel is right next to the train station. Staff were nice. I paid good price, but next time I will pay a little bit more and stay at a nicer hotel.
