Very well located very near the skytrain station, but also very quiet. The staff is very forthcoming and warm. Had a great welcome with cold tea and my name on the chalkboard. Despite arriving at 8 am, my room was ready. In Thai style, you are offered slippers and keep your shoes in a locker at the reception. Free fruit and water was ready in the room, which was very spacious, with 2 a/c. Breakfast is very good, too. The free tuc tuc adds convenience to an already great location. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. I will certainly come back.
Me and my friend traveled to Bangkok and we found nice place that Napa Place Bed & Breakfast. It's a good place, good service and not expensive.Friendly staff, clean room and quiet.Breakfast is very good taste.
Despite being centrally located, Napa is very quiet and secluded. The breakfasts were excellent, rooms large, comfortable and clean. Very reasonably priced and there is complementary Tuk-Tuk service to the sky train if you wish. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff and convenience.
Stayed two nights 12th - 14th February What a beautiful find, when we arrived they asked us to remove our shoes, and gave slippers for use in the house, which was a lovely touch. Our room was massive and very stylish, with everything we needed, staff were brilliant, and there was a free tuk tuk to the local station, which made sightseeing extremely easy. The hotel is only bed and breakfast, but there are many lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Far nicer that the typical bland hotels, full of originality and highly recommended
This small hotel/BB is original thai style. The staff is very friendly and likes to help. The rooms are very big, nice beds, clean. The hotel has shuttle tuc tuc to the BTS. You feel wellcome. Free wifi in rooms and breakfast restaurant. No outsite facilities, no fitness.
Napa Place provides a relaxed environment for a resort-like stay in Bangkok. Clean amenities, friendly staff, spacious rooms with complimentary snacks and drinks make Napa Place an ideal vacation accommodation. The breakfast meals serve up a platter of western and thai dishes that tickle the tastebuds! We absolutely loved the free shuttle service that would ferry us to the nearest train station, making it convenient to go anywhere from there. Would definitely come back again!
We were really impressed with this small hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and were a little daunted at first by its seemingly backstreet location but our concerns were quickly dismissed as we received a very warm welcome, some ice tea and a refreshing towel. We were shown to our room quickly which was great-really spacious, quiet, clean and quirky. There was lots of choice for breakfast and we were given more than we could eat. Whilst it is not in a major hubbub of Bangkok, they provide a tuktuk service free of charge to the nearby station which was not even a ten minute walk from the hotel and from here we were easily able to reach anywhere in Bangkok. In the evening, we were able to easily get a taxi to the fantastic moonbar which was only a 15min journey a way and we were able to enjoy the spectacular views of Bangkok as we enjoyed delicious cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was great value for money. Despite expectations not being to high based on the low price of the hotel, the service we received from staff and the quality of the accommodation was excellent.
This review is long overdue, but the hotel made such an impression on me I told myself I had to get this review done. We stayed at Napa Place for the start of our holiday. It was important for us that the first night be somewhere nice, and in a quiet location as we were off to Khao Yai National Park the next morning. We arrived incredibly tired after a long haul flight and we were greeted with great service, a pair of slippers we could keep and some hot tea. We then went and had food in the night street market which was only a block away. Our room was large, looked lovely and most importantly we had a very comfortable and peaceful night sleep. The hotel isn't close to the main temples or the noisy backpacker streets, but is only a taxi ride away, and for us this was absolutely perfect. What's even better about the service was the added touch of something some months later after arriving back in the UK. This put a massive smile on our faces and is the sort of customer service I've not experienced before. :D Thank you Napa Place!
We stayed here for 6 nights. Excellent service and the staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Tok,MC and Nott were amazing. I had trouble with a booking error on an excursion and they didn't quit until they had accomplished the cancellation for me. The tuktuk driver Choo was such a help also. Upon arriving we were given iced sweet tea and wonderful bamboo slippers to wear whilein the hotel. The rooms are excellent and you will find the whole place impeccably clean and furnished. Be sure to catch the correct train and it is only a 7 minute walk to the hotel. We took the wrong train and were 22 blocks away! Thank you to Tok,MC and Nott for everything! Sandy from California USA
Its got charm, the rooms are big and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can see why some families love it and rave about it. Complimentary mini bar which was nice. It has an obscure address that confuses Thai taxi drivers. As a first time visitor that was frustrating at times. The tuk tuk operates until 630 pm which is nice but you're on your own when getting back. Its not fun to walk from the BTS and you can easily get lost. There are no good restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there is a night market with street food close by that was interesting. I suggest that the staff make a better map of the area for taxi drivers. The map they have is confusing to the taxi drivers and they can improve it. If you are going to Bangkok to party and enjoy the nightlife I would consider another hotel close to the Asok BTS station. If you already know Bangkok and want a quiet and clean place with an friendly staff then Napa is great. The rooms are very big and nice with comfortable beds. The towels were not terry cloth and I didn't like them. This is truly a B & B experience and you will not have a concierge or much local help.
