I've stayed here many times. Things don't really change much but things get older. I stayed in a superior room which was big and very quiet. And I was pleased to get a super early check in. The reception staff are really good as is the 24 hour door security. And its location is superb, right on Sukhumvit Road and only 5 minutes walk from the skytrain. The room was clean and now had its own wifi router. But the furniture is getting old. The chair was stained. One side of the bed was good and hard, but the other side super soft, collapsing when sat on. The wardrobe light was always on since the door did not close tight. The air-conditioner was on all the time and I could not change the temperature. The breakfast room has been renovated and the walls decorated and now looks smart. However the breakfast coffee was poor and the orange juice bitter. The breakfast table was dirty. The ketchup bottle was dirty. If you are concerned for your safety, one of the fire escape stairs was blocked with beds and laundry baskets. And the fire escape doors were often left open.
all the staff in the hotel are "number one" Friendly (y) and the room are clean, that's 100 % true. Just the room facility need a Big improve the most serious is the air-con, always always always have WATER drops. Secondly, the TV always have "TV snowflakes". thirdly, the water of the shower are not HOT.

We spent two nights in this hotel and the rooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is excellent and the only minus point was it's breakfast which had limited choices as compared to some other Bangkok hotels.
As someone who travels to Thailand a lot, I had high hopes that it would be fairly decent going by the location. It is a 10 min walk from Terminal 21, and other malls but that's the only positive. Room was white and neon yellow - a complete eyesore in the morning, plus taxis do not want to stop outside so hard to hail one! Room needed an overhaul and bathroom was so small. You can definitely get more bang for your buck somewhere else - I personally would not stay here again.
Positive is it situated close to everythng but breakfast is not good ,payed for 3 days breakfast for me and my wife but after first breakfast decided to eat somewhere else on other mornings,250 expensive
Room need proper maintenance..toilet are 1 string of hair was lying for 3 days..Towels were torned..used linen not folded by the housekeeper instead just dumped in the wardrobe area. Plug points doesn't work properly. shower area corners need refilling...wall mounted soap platter was not fixed up well Outside the room a.c. water accumulation due to uncleanliness. Language big issue.. Housekeeper was grumpy Horrible breakfast layout Best part is the location 2 minutes walking distance from BTS..Siam very near by just 2 station...
Stay for 10 days from the 20/3/2017 in a Deluxe room 302,as pointed out before,Great staff and service,arrive at 4am in the morning,check in was a breeze,also the Guard help me to purchase some items that I required at that moment,can not beat the Nana Market next door for cheap Food and Clothing,my advice for this Hotel,is do away with your breakfast,it is doing a de service to your Hotel,I have stayed in many Hotels in Thailand over the last 25 years,and I hate to sat it,yours has been the worst,Your guest would be better off going to Foodlands and purchasing a full English Breakfast for 79Baht. apart from that, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay with you, A big thank you to all of your Staff.
Location is very close to the Phloen Chit BTS. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Courteous and friendly staff, especially the bellboy. Close proximity to restaurants and food courts. The staff let us check-in early, by an hour's time. The wifi in the room was slow.
The hotel was wreaking with strong scent of paint during our first 2 nights here and the bed were super firm. It was probably the hardest bed I've slept on but my girlfriend unfortunately couldn't sleep properly on it. The staff appeared disinterested at times. It has advantages and those are it's central location, short walk to the Bts, surrounded by restaurants and 7-11 at the lobby.
