A good hotel; conveniently situated for public transport on one end of Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok.Friendly & efficient staff. Nice, clean room.Good security.Generally, an acceptable hotel for the price one pays.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Definitely the plus points will be the location. Strategically located just 3-4 mins walk from the Ploen Chit BTS station. A 7-11, coffee shop and Dominos pizza just at the hotel. Check in process was smooth. Room was clean but minimal amenities. Doesn't bother me for the reasonable price charged. Hotel staff were very friendly. The downside I encountered was the lift was down during my stay. Other than that was all good and a recommended hotel to stay in you are within a reasonable Budget.
The hotel is located along the main road but does not have a drive in area. Many taxi and grab drivers do not know the place. About 3-5 minutes walk from Chit Lom station. there are a few road side stalls just beside the hotel that sells local food at affordable prices, where vendors change day and night time. Also a 7-11 just downstairs Room is spacious but all things inside are a little old and run down. Book a king size bed which can sleep 3 adults but mattress is not comfortable. Can feel the spring. Any movement anyway on the mattress the whole bed will shake. So means that all 3 of us need to lie down and sleep at the same time so as not to disturb the others -_-" pillow is also very soft Overall, an acceptable stay considering the price I paid. However, may not stay again mainly because bed not comfy.
For the price they charge, it's a pretty good hotel. Pros: -Great location, Ploenchit BTS station is just 3-4 mins away -Staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Nini and Wan were really very good. Especially, Nini helped us with everything and went out of her way to help as much as possible. Thank you-Nini! -Room and bathroom were pretty big and clean. Our room was 202 and we stayed for two days 27 and 28 Dec 2017 -They change the towel and make the bed everyday - Breakfast is limited but the person managing it is very nice and simple and takes care of your needs -Lot of places to eat outside. A Thai street food option just adjacent to it. Domino's pizza and a coffee shop in the same building. A 7-11 just outside in the same building. A plenty of options like Mac D, Burger King, meditarrean, and Indian food. Cons: -Lobby area outside the rooms could be maintained better -Parking is a bit odd, even the taxi guys find it hard
Stayed here for 4 nights. My friend was in the 5 star 'Pathuman Princess' but I didn't want to spend that much on a room. This hotel is close to everything;Skytrain BTS station 3 mins away, 7 Eleven 24hr shop next to the hotel and a street food court that opens next door after a certain time in the night. Red light areas: Nana plaza and Soi cowboy are only a couple of stops away on BTS or Taxi/Tuk Tuk ride. Sukhumvit alley 4 (soi 4) is 2 mins away if you are looking for some company for a couple of hours or the evening. You can bring x1 guest back to the hotel at no extra cost, the guest is simply asked to leave I.D at reception. I felt safe in the area and staff are friendly at the hotel. My room was clean in all areas, I don't expect much at that price and I only want a clean bed, shower and toilet. If I'm not sleeping, washing etc then I'm not there at the hotel. I would stay there again, providing everything is the same or better.
Great Location! The sky train (near Phloen Chit) is just a few minutes walk and of course, you have the whole of Sukhumvit shopping area right there! Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Price reasonable. Accessible to train stations. Thanks again for the wonderful experience staying at your hotel. If I come to Bangkok again, I'll definitely come and stay at your place!
i had booked twice in this property with my family for 02 rooms. i had a very bad experience. on my check out on 03/12 i had paid late check out charges 1000baht for each room 203/204and i told them that i leave before 07 pm but the lady at the reception in the evening time was so rude and she told me that she has no handover from the morning shift and i have to vacate the room by 06:30pm. i came early morning around 03 am for check in and they gave me room 203/204 which was of paint smell. i dont know why they gave that room as i had infant staying with us. i didnt complain because i was very tired but when i discuss this with the reception next day they said you should come down and inform me about this if we have problem. for any request from guest room they will ask the customer to come down as they will stay always they are busy and cannot send anybody. very bad service in total and had a embarassing service with my family inspite of paying all the money to them. i would ask for refund for my late check out charges which was unethical.
Basically a very well located hotel. The amenities like towels etc. were worn out & frail. Most of the other fixtures & fittings need a face lift. Again the sockets near wifi was a problem. About the breakfast it was a joke. All the items & the service was quite mediocre .There was not much for a vegetarian. My wife had to go hungry the first day. Good thing we were out all day. The umbrella in the room was a very good idea. The girls at the reception especially Mee were all quite helpful & cheerful Also the porter (day shift) was most obliging & smiling all the time. will definitely recommend to others with a warning of the short comings. Thanks .
Attracted by its location of 5mins walk to Ploenchit BTS. Rooms were average, spacious, but everything are pretty worned out, hotel customer service was pleasant. Next to a 7-11 which is good and 10mins walking distance to Nanafor late supper or booze is a plus point. Breakfast was local food, limited but sufficient. Plenty more choices at sinilar price range in BKK.
We booked three separate rooms. Overall great value hotel for the price! Enjoyed our short stay at the Legacy Express Hotel. The hotel is in a great location and the closest BTS station is a one minute walk from the hotel allowing you to get around Bangkok. The rooms are clean with lovely interior and nice bathrooms. Rooms and hotel had good wifi connectivity, along with free excess to the reception desktop computer allowing us to print our boarding passes online. And last but not least the staff were great, helpful and very friendly. Want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff, Biw, May and Tuk and the two security staff whose names have slipped my mind. Thank you and would definitely book same hotel again when back in Bangkok. Mr Bahar, Mr Younis
