room was very small, advertised as with view, view of what? too far from everything, room service not 24 hrs , but cleaning staff were very professional, and room was always spotless when we arrived back.
I stayed there for 4 nights last week , had a pleasant stay , the staff across the hotel are friendly and hospitable . The breakfast was average and they hardly refill the food which was not expected , the room quality is amazing , good house keeping , good location , easily accessible to most of the places across Bangkok. The spa at the entrance is worth the visit , though it's a small place . I highly recommend a foot massage there , don't go by the looks of the it , I ended up having a foot massage daily , overall a good place to stay during your visit .
The staff we're really friendly and so accommodating. They've been so helpful in our queries and assisted us overtime we have concerns and let us leave our luggage for a day since we have to go to Pattaya. Will stay again at this hotel soon.
The first point of contact , as to be expected was the receptionist. More training is needed to educate the staff that to wear a smile would go a long way to breaking the ice between the two parties. Next,I so happen to like Eastern food, and in my opinion the food was plentiful and well cooked and presented. The staff in the kitchen can also be a little " cold". There was an abundance of Western food, and if necessary, the kitchen cooks will do you omelette , or boiled eggs. In fairness, once the staff got to know the person their smiles were always there. Whatever, they are genuine, and most sincere. Katy and Bang ( receptionist and kitchen ) were indeed most pleasant. With regard to the swimming pool, I had no problem, and loved every moment of it all. Richard, the manager, is a nice guy too. I certainly would recommend this hotel, even though on a hot day, it can be a distance from the Nana station.
Hotel in good position for nana and soi cowboy. That's about the most positive I can be. Rooms are small but are fit for purpose. Air con poor. Builders start work around 8am so some banging of work tools. Reception not particularly friendly on checking out I was asked one question pay by cash or card. Would I stay there again no.
checkin at this hotel for our last overnight stay of our Songkram trip of Thailand 2017 after booking from Agoda. Arrived at 6pm but was dissapointed that only a small twin bed room available for us even though we have booked a king size bed room. Upon entering the room was even more unhappy on seeing the size of the room. All was not lost and just then the room phone rang and the receptionist told us that we have been upgraded to a Suite. That sounds very good and upon relocating into this Suite's was very happy with it and Thank you to the receptionist for doing the damage control. Great Job ! (otherwise i would not have book this place ever) The hotel really should hold on and honour the reservations and if not it will be another "United Airlines event" for overbooking. Try to use the swimming pool the next morning but the door was locked after 8am ???? Do not feel like going to the reception to query. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement cause nothing is edible except for those fresh make omelettes that the lady makes was execellent. Location was quite a walk from the main road but its ok , you can always request the hotel shuttle if needed. Overall its a great hotel to stay in and get away from the hectic buzzle of the city , a rather quite isolated place but yet near all the actions is.However i will probably try a different hotel next time.
Me and my boyfriend visited citrus 13 on our stop over from Dubai to krabi and spent 3 nights here. It was out first visit to bangkok so we weren't sure what to expect. The hotels location was great for everything, although it was down a dark busy street. The staff were pleasant and the night guard very friendly. Breakfast not that great but all your basics. Pool on the roof top was a hidden gem, not much breeze though and think the pool could have done with a better filter. Rooms small but clean and air con fab as you defs need it.
This is a new build hotel with great, modern rooms with a comfortable bed, lounge seat and lots of mod-cons like a control panel next to the bed to control the lighting of the room. However, on my arrival I noticed that there were scuff marks on some bits of furniture, streaky brown stain marks on some of the tiles near the toilet, water from the shower cubicle leaked from the window pane gaps onto the bathroom floor, the window of the room opens fully which makes it unsafe as the 'balcony' has no protective railings, also the water in the shower and basin only produced cold water, never warm. Staff were ok, breakfast was good but I'm unsure if I would stay here again.
Right from the start I must warn you, building work next door starts 08.00 till late very noise, especially rooms ending 4,5 and 6 and worst 805, Ok that over, stayed her about 15 nights all told, on 4 occasions in march/April and really found the hotel to be excellent, staff are bang on with service hospitality and welcoming, the rooms are good size bright and comfy especially the beds, The pool is small and only 1.2 meters deep, but ok for cooling off, bit of a jacuzzi, location is really good right in the heart of sukhumvit, 2 sky train stations and underground within 5 min walk, some good places to eat and lots of shops nearby, Overall great place
Overall pleasant experience, rooms are bit small, not suitable for family of 4. At least the one I took was a smaller one. Breakfast was excellent. Reception is cooperative. You will get cheated really bad if the Cab driver is a crook. Better to book it with Hotel for little more. Venture out at night for nightly market on main road.
