we did an online booking with citrus bangkok thro booking.com which is publishing free cancellation but it is never free. I was booking for dec 3rd 2017 but wrongly typed in nov 3 however i was notified the next day that i was deducted aed 200 approx so i immediately sent out messages to booking.com and called citrus hotel to tell them that i had made an error in dates and so it should be altered. There is no response from booking.com and citrus sukumvit. Today i am deducted the full payment and remarks showing no show. This is truly unethical by the Hotel Management and By BOOKING.COM that they are misguiding tourist by mentioning free cancellation and than just deducting the amount from the card. We have sent emails and called upteen times to make the amendment but there is no response from them.

I did book a room with city view and an hotel with airport shudle. Both on booking.com promised fackts where not hold. Even here this hotel tells it had an airport shudle. It has not! Friend stuff, a nice and clean room! Great location, but for me those 2 missing fackts made my stay a lot more difficould.

I am a returning customer, I am as always happy with my stay at Citrus 13. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a friendly policy. There are some tear and wear on some of the rooms, but they are clean - and does the job. Since last time I was at Citrus 13 they have upgraded the Internet. Now the speed is decent (15-17 Mbps both on up- and down load). The breakfast is always nice here. Not too much to report on the negative side. I will most likely stay at this property next time I am in Bangkok as well.

Rooms are fairly average as is sleep quality. For me it’s was the perfect location for doing business at the Trendy Building, home of the UK passport office in Thailand. Right now the road is being dug up and is an absolute mess.

Well cared hotel, conveniently situated close to Nana BTS station. Well cared room, Excellent WiFi, a lot of shops around. A good choice to spend a few days in Bangkok between two flights. However Sukhumvit soi 13 was totally devastated during our stay due to waste and water pipes maintenance. It seems it is situated in the center of a "hot" area. We were on 7th floor, with some view from our room.

The location of the hotel is the highlight. It is equidistant from Asok and Nana. Both BTS stations are within walkable distance. The rooms were good and compact. Good service as well. The breakfast was very good.It is a good cheap option in Bangkok for stay.

This hotel is fine inside rooms are clean and showers great. Unfortunately it is on a road opposite a massage parlour with lots of working ladies visiting hotel customers and using the pool area. We were visiting a sick relative and on reviews were unaware the hotel was in the middle of a red light district.

Hotel is only a small one towards the bottom end of sukhunvit 13. Tiny pool on the roof that gets the sun all day. If ur on a tight budget its probably not bad value. Few negatives to be honest. Windows are of poor quality therefore you can hear everything from the outside also restaurant closes at 15.00hrs. In all honesty what kind of hotel has the restaurant close st the time. The major negative here is the flooding on soi 13 once u get a down poor the whole stree5 goes under water for quite a while.

Ok hotel, nothing much to rave about. Nothing too bad to complain about too. The room was super clean but very small. The pool was closed for maintenance but i saw it from behind the glass door, a very small one. The kitchen was closed and there was no restaurant near by to order buy food from, I was told by the very nice lady at the reception that i could order KFC, but I can't eat junk food. It rained before I arrived so the enterance was full of water and it was uncomfortable to walk in/out. This hotel is good if you are going on a trip without the family, not suitable for kids.

Ok hotel, nothing much to rave about. Nothing too bad to complain about too. Pros - Good price - Comfortable bed Average - Rooms are ok clean - Size of room (Toilets are spacious though!) - Breakfast (Don't really like that its in the basement) - Location, although good but a bit too far in the Soi for me Cons - Towels can be newer, cleaner and more fluffy - Shower doesn't give consistent hot water - Pool is more like a pond (and looks dirty) Overall, the hotel is very acceptable for this price range.
