First i booked with Agoda and as each time they make the debit on my credit card but when i have done my checkout an unpleasant staff (man with uniform) gave me an invoice again booked with Nooling.com. I explain him that i booked with agoda and i show him the booking...he didn t want to know. So i pay again because i have to go take my plain. The breakfast is so poor. Better to go take outside. In the room you can ear the noise of the street and the housekeeper don t change the glasses when they make the room. Never go again.

Polish product, no doubt. Good customer service, please thank both girl from check in to check out. Even the concierge guy was amazing!! As a frequent traveller, i will point out few things to take note. 1- Breakfast: Very limited choice. You rather not have breakfast at the property. Property is located at the centre of everything. Plenty of choice around. Traveller, if you walk 5-10 minutes from property you will get BEST breakfast within 100 B ($5aud) 2- Bathroom is unnecessarily huge, I know you cant do much its the building layout. 3- TV reception, though it’s not a huge stuff for traveller, but do improve for other traveller who is keen watching teli during their visit.

Booked 2 triple suites for 2 days. Confirmed 1 day before arrival. Paid full amount in advance 1 month prior to stay at time of booking. At arrival didn't provided rooms. After hot talks returned money. Our 2 family booked room at time and shifted with luggage. Very irresponsible act by hotel. Compass hospitality is zero. Got a lot of trouble with family at odd hours.

I should start this review by prefacing it with the fact that we did not actually stay at this location. This review is more about the way that this hotel handled our reservation. We arrived at 2am and were informed that here were electrical issues and that they moved us to a different hotel (on8) and that there would be free breakfast because of the inconvenience. The hotel they moved us to was NOT comparable. It was in a sister hotel, tiny room, no windows, no pool, the Internet didn’t work until I reported it a few times and it smelled like damp carpet. Plus the breakfast was awful. We wished we could have stayed at citrus 13, it looked great.

I traveled with two granddaughters. Our room was comfy if a bit crowded. Bathroom & shower very nice. Breakfast had MANY choices & was very good. The concierge was very helpful - got us an excellent driver for an excursion to Ayutthaya & took us through construction in front of the hotel on a tuk-tuk. The construction did make things a little difficult, but that is not the fault of the hotel. We did not have time to use the pool - never went to look at it. Too busy doing other fun things. Great location very close to malls, and the metro. The Internet worked well.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 3 years and have detected a steady decline in the fixtures and fittings which are beginning to show their age. The only exception to this is the wifi which is very good. I arrived on 29th December to be advised the swimming pool was out of action until 31st Dec. I would imagine this is an important consideration for many people given the climate and it is disgraceful the company can offer "latest deals" to entice business but fail to mention this omission. The staff advised an alternative pool was possible further up the soi. I checked it out - don't bother - it's a walk in the heat and barely large enough to drown a rat in. I notice other commntators have mentioned the condition of the road and it is true it is currently barely passable with a huge stagnant pool of water at the hotel entrance. I contacted the staff who whilst pleasant offered no sort of discount and as of the time of this post neither has the booking office. They are however willing to consider to a rebooking whilst ignoring my legitimate complaint that they are operating in a totally disingenuus manner. Quite frankly I could not wait to leave and after a couple of nights recovering in Hua Hin I am currently staying in a neighbouring hotel 200m up the road on the left which is infinitely better in every respect for just a small additional premium. I am sorry to say after positive reviews in the past on another website I am now a lost customer forever, and I cannot recommend this hotel at all when there are so many better alternatives. I notice there have been a lot of similar posts recently. The final straw and something not mentioned on their website is the pool will be out of action until 10th January but that is just an estimate so caveat emptor!

We stopped here for 2 nights on are way home rooms ok clean pool been maintained so could not use it so the staff said we could use the hotel pool down road at citichic very small though the road out side the hotel is still been done but not a problem really close to all amenity restaurants and bars

We stayed there for only one night but had a very bad experience. Water-logging outside the hotel, your feet will get dirty if you had to enter the hotel, no tuk-tuk service provided if we had to transfer our luggage, and we had a bad time doing that. They said it is a government project and they cannot help with the water-logging then they should have provided something to the guests - free pick up and drop to BTS station. Rooms were compact and noisy. Breakfast - no options available for Vegetarians. Donot recommend staying here

We had a 3 night stay at Citrus 13. The rooms were pretty small, the breakfast is served at a restaurant underground which was quite dark and dull to my preference. The food was okay. The biggest drawback was the location, not very close to any of the happening places but has a few good spas around. The good part was that they had a luggage reserve and kept our luggages while we enjoyed our Phuket trip. Also as we came back they were accommodating enough and arranged a airport drop for us even though we had check out 2 days prior to it. Overall a good stay.

Let me start by saying - hotel looks great on paper but not in reality. The rooms are worn. The road leading to the hotel CANNOT BE DRIVEN ON. I mean this quite literally. The road is ripped up and my car from the airport physically had to stop about 300 meters up the road and we had to walk my bags up front. Ridiculous. No mention of this, if you have a car don't expect to get here. They should put a warning up on their site. Facilities: Pool0/10 More importantly, when booking they neglect to mention the pool is out of service (reason I booked here in the first place) Room: Otherwise room is okay. Not as advertised maybe 10x10 plus 4x8 for bathroom. Small but clean ish.. if everything wasn't broken. Checking in staff was not at all friendly except the great Porter (thanks!) . The lady at the front desk mentioned nothing about the pool and told me nothing about the roads. Also was generally uninterested. Services: called for dry cleaning/ Laundry pickup was told ' okay wait' and I waited in room for 45 minutes just to call again and find out they weren't going to come for a few hours and I should just leave in room. Lost hours for nothing. All in all I may leave early and chalk this as a loss. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Note: am currently here and a bit raw. The reality is, there is way better hotels in the area for 60 a night ish. Check the President nearby or the ambassador or go to the Radisson where I will probably leave for.
