This hotel locate on Sathorn road where is the business area. It's not far from public transport such as sky train (Chong nonsi and Saladang) and underground (Se-lom and Lumping), around 15 min by walking. The facilities consist of TV, lamps, hair dryer, air conditioner, wifi and small refrigerator. The room is clean. There is 7-11, nail salon, coffee shop, and massages. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is also included. I'm not sure for shutter bus to the airport, plz ask the staff.

The staff is rude, no help to open the door with the luggages. (just look at us struggling...). Not even a "hello" ! Rooms are not like in the pictures, they are 30 Yo, smelly, not clean. And dont expect a wifi, it s so slow that you will give up using it. 2 stars for the location. But You can get much better for just 200 baht more a couple of meters away !

stayed here for 3 nights on room 424. The room is so small and don't have any view, although it had been provided with windows. Find a cigarette hole on bed sheet on entire stay (which could be concluded they don't changed my sheets on my entire stay). Breakfast is so so. Location is a bit far from Saladaeng BTS and Lumphini MRT.

The hotel is located close to a 7-11, a massage shop and 10 minutes walking to Lumpini Park a good place for running cycling or just relaxing. The room is not bad for the price. Ok bed, Ok bathroom, shower was ok too. The Recepetion and the staff make you feel very unwelcome in the hotel, starring in a weird way and laughing as soon as you step away from them. We have arrived very early in the morning and we had to wait a few hours to check in so we were sitting in front of the reception trying to rest a bit, and could hear some customers asking questions to the reception staff who promptly laugh on their back and make impressions of their voices or way to walk etc.... so rude and so unfair on every guest that have just spoke to them. Any other guests waiting to check in could see this behaviour... so embarassing...so we were thinking to walk out and find another hotel but we did travelled for the last 20 hrs from the south of Thailand by trains and boats... with no sleep.. we had no more energies to even take our luggages back. We were thinking to complain to the manager about it... but normally people in this beautiful country just pretend to listen and say:- yes, yes, yes, ok ok ok! So we just skip this option. Just outside the main entrance there is a desk to book taxi and trip with a young guy from the reception team that anytime you walk out the hotel push to sell trips even if we said many times we have seen Bangkok many times and we were heading to Japan In 2 days so we needed to save money... again as soon as you pass the point they start laughing and speaking in thai... thank God.. at least I couln't understand and get upset. On the last day we have tried to book a taxi with the reception to the airport the one that is 1 hour away from the centre of BKK, for the early morning after. We did it as at 1am could be hard to find one... that's what they have said. The guy at the reception:- yes yes ok ok ok its Booked. On the date we had to check out we had to wait 30 mins for the taxi that was "booked" we asked about the taxi and they at the desk said:- hmmmm.. don't know. So at the end we have just tried to catch one by the street and go to the airport... plenty of taxi 24/7 in BBK. Our mistake to book with them. We love travelling and we have visited many places... some good, some bad of course we are not there writing reviews everytime we don't like something but the way it feels in this hotel with the staff is really unfriendly, unwelcoming... it is like they are not at work but at the high school making impressions of their mates.

For $30 a night, you don't expect to get a lot and you definitely won't get a lot. For starters, no windows, low water pressure, low class front desk staff. Didn't mind having no windows as it helped me sleep at night. The low water pressure, well I eventually got used to it since nice I stayed in the hotel a over 30 days. The staff however is something else. Boldenly asked for a tip upon checkout and "offered" to take me to airport for double what it would cost to take a taxi. However, they were responsive to my daily calls for an iron and ironing board since they simply did NOT have enough for every room. FIRST hotel I've ever stayed at where I had to call every day for an iron and ironing board. Lastly, trust the people's review pictures and NOT the hotel's picture. In the end, it was a hair under $30 a night. Can't expect too much.

Recently stayed here for a night and I am glad it was just a night. Highs: - The hotel is pretty central and easy to reach - free drinking water is offered - working aircon - every room has a little fridge - the rooms are relatively clean Lows: - staff is unfriendly - the room I had was far away from the picture on Booking.com or other websites there is only one very slow lift for the entire house. Staircases are reserved for emergency - all rooms are non-smoking rooms - you need to go to the street to smoke as smoke detectors are installed in each room - in my case the shower was defective. Reception refused to offer me an alternative room - there is little eye for detail here. The doors slam, windows are badly isolated... Basically this is comparable to a youth hostel. From check-in over the room design to staff attitude. I booked this hotel for one night only and would not return. The worst was that the shower of my room had absolutely no water-pressure and staff had no pressure looking into the matter as I checked in relatively late after travelling all day. This hotel is cheap (around 1000baht per night) but what you pay is what you get - however I have stayed in hostels that are around the same price-category which were much nicer. Would not return here

I did stay in this hotel the number of times, and always had good feeling about it. But this visit - after three years - brought something different. The hotel is getting much much worse. The staff is rude and unfriendly. I was waiting almost 15 minutes to check-in in the later evening while the manager was talking by phone. I even had to remind him twice about my existence. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom - looks the staff doesn't clean it properly. There was nice rooftop before with chairs and tables, but not now - you will find only the heaps of garbage. There was gym - this is also the reason why I chosen this place, but it doesn't exist anymore.

I have visited Bangkok hundreds of times in the 10 years i have lived in Thailand. Stayed in hotels in every area and I can say without hesitation that this is the WORST hotel I have ever had the misfortune of stumbling across. Let's start with the complete incompetence of the check inn staff. I walked in and I was the only person in reception and she was the only person working.... I stood at the desk for maybe 2-3 minutes before I very forced "sawasdee kaa" was mumbled from her mouth. Maybe I interrupted her Facebook status update, who knows. I was then given my key, stepped into the elevator that was the size of a coffin and then out into the prison style corridor that took me to my room. The room it's self is suitable if you are just going there to sleep. I am fortunate and have friends with lovely condos close by so spend my days relaxing with them in lovely surroundings with friendly people and great pools but if you were forced to spend more than just sleeping time in room it would be very depressing. The internet connection is so bad that didn't even bother in the end and just stayed with my 4G which again is lucky for me as I have a thai phone and a contract but for travelers, forget it. It doesn't work!!!! After one noisy night there I went down to see the breakfast buffet a little tired and in need of a coffee more that anything else. Breakfast is served until 10am and it was around 9.20. I told the lady my room number and she replied with "cannot" "not included".. "ok, I replied", " how much is your Buffet and I will pay for it separately." Her reply was amazing. "Cannot na, go 7-11". Not something polite like "I'm sorry sir but we don't actually sell breakfast, it's only available to guests with the breakfast included package".... I told her the the service was aweful and as I turned around she told me "nearly 10am, finished already".... it was 9.20!!!! Basically stay well clear..... I still have one night there so let's see if I make it out alive.

We had one night in Chaydon before our flight. Location was very nice - close to public transport and restaurants. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was basic but good enough. There wasn't remote control for air-con in the room but they brought it after a call to reception (?) Young lady in the reception was very unfriendly. She definitely did our check-in unpleasant. If I asked something I only got rude answers and looks. We got an discount price from Agoda and that was the reason we chose this hotel. With normal price I'm not sure if I would bother to stay in Chaydon. Everything else was good but the staff really lowered the overall-experience.

The hallway reminded me of an old prison (long and tight corridors), room was spacious and bathroom was nice. Staff was helpful (also for short-term requests). I didn't enjoy the area too much since there was not much going on.
