Delighted to have a free upgrade to 1-bedroom and the complimentary teddy bear. The suite was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable for my family of 3. My lil girl simply enjoyed staying in the room. Indeed, a home away from home. Friendly staff and good service, especially the doorman. Near shopping district yet away from noise. 5-mins walking distance to BTS station, with shops and eateries along the way. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Had a very enjoyable stay (on the 7th floor). The staff guided us on where to go for sightseeing, shopping, etc. The executive lounge had on display something to eat throughout the day.The bathrooms were clean and there was a small kitchen attached. Very cozy and helpful for those who don't want to stay in a fancy hotel.

This wonderful serviced apartment hotel truly brought out the meaning of a home away from home, with large, spacious, well-decorated and well-equipped rooms which are such a great joy to retreat to at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We stayed at the one bedroom suite, which was incredibly huge and cosy at the same time – so much so that at first sight I felt like I could just stay in my room the whole day. A notable point about the hotel is that guests enjoy access to the Executive Lounge on the 15th floor, which offers free coffee, tea, and small cakes and pastries daily till 10 pm. Location wise, the hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Chit Lom BTS (exit 4), about 250m into a well-paved and well-lit side street. There are a couple of convenience stores near the hotel: one 7-Eleven a few doors down, one Lawson further down, and one more 7-Eleven just across the street. There is also a beautifully designed Starbucks a few doors down from the hotel. From the hotel, the Siam shopping area can be easily reached. And of course, what I liked most about the Cape House is the service of the lovely staff: they were always so polite and helpful, that there was a true sense of being at home and welcomed. When walking past the reception area, staff will make it a point to smile and greet you. The housekeeping staff and doorman were also lovely. As for areas of improvement, it would be better if there is greater variety in the daily breakfast spread. Throughout my stay, I noticed that the breakfast items were pretty much the same every day. Also, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided in the rooms. While I am aware I can get them from the hotel's convenience shop on the 16th floor, it would be much more convenient if they are supplied in the first place. All in all though, this is a fantastic place to stay in when in Bangkok: if you want luxury and grandeur, go to a 5 star hotel – but if you are looking for a homely retreat in a comforting space filled with warm service and heart, go to Cape House.

Stayed here from 3/2/17 -7/3/17. Rooms were amazing, restaurant staff and food are amazing too. Housekeeper does an amazing job cleaning our room, very tidy, very neat, feels like a brand new room everytime we come back to our room. Front desk staff however are not as great as the rest. Unable to understand simple request, i had to repeat myself a few times. On the first nite, requested a pillow that was offered in the pillow menu card in our room, front desk staff could't understand my request so after repeating myself a few times, gave up on it. If the management is reading, please retrain your front desk staff because they are ruining a truly amazing hotel.

After searching for Bangkok hotels for our trip, my 2 girlfriends and I chose Cape House. Quiet, yet very accessible to spas, malls & transport. Their croissants are flown in from Paris, their breakfast and lunch spreads are very good. Amenities? (1) their rooms are huge, and have kitchens and washing machines (2) their executive lounge offers snacks & drinks all day, and (3) they offer a promo that includes lunch buffet for 2. I love this hotel!

My family and I love staying at the Cape House! Excellent serviced apartments for family travels when you don't want to live on top of each other. We usually stay in a 2 bedroom service apartment. It has a separate living/dining area & small kitchen with all amenities. They offer free laundry service ( 10 pieces per day in 2bdr suite) as well of use of a washer/dryer for your convenience. They're pool & work out facilities are clean & updated with a beautiful view of the city. It is 1 mile walk to Bumrungrad It'l hospital which took us 20-25 min or you can use the bts down 1 stop & get there in about 10 min. Taxi to BIH is about 20 min in the early morning. It's also minutes from central world shopping & other malls. Great central location in downtown. P.S. the breakfast is included & excellent & they have an executive lounge with free snacks, coffee & tea as well as lounge to rest & relax. Excellent, excellent staff, service & hotel!!!

I really enjoyed the location and layout of the 1 bedroom apartment we booked in August. The laundry machine was also a plus! However I think the bathrooms and elevators need a little sprucing up! A great tip for families traveling is there is an adorable organic market called Lemon Farm next door that has healthy foods as well as yummy souvenirs to bring back home. The Mercuryville food mall on the corner is also great and connects to BTS walk way. Finally if you ever need to let your kids use up some energy go to the kids section of Central Department Store (it can be reached by crossing the BTS walkway from Mercuryville, a mere 5 minute walk from the Cape House) there is an indoor play gym area. The top floor also has a great food court and the first floor you can stock up on water and foodstuffs as well!

I stayed here for 3 nights and felt it was an elegant, classy place for us to stay. Staff and facility are both top-knotch. Through no fault of their own, I did need to spend two days laying in bed and I remember thinking to myself, "this mattress is a little bit firm for a 225 lb. guy," but better than most in Thailand where the mattresses tend to be firm. Location, facility and staff were spot-on.

Having stayed in many places in Bangkok, I can say this one is ok. The bathroom is a bit dingy, mold in the grout, etc, and it feels stuffy. But it's an apartment so.... Bottom line is that we'll never stay again. The vibe of the place just felt wrong to us. Our view was an empty lot. Ok, whatever. The included breakfast was average, but had the worst coffee in Thailand. Okay, no problem. For convenience we attempted to extend one night but they wanted to jack up the rate by 1200 baht or so. Instead we found a far superior suite just down the street for 1100 baht LESS. (Way better space, great kitchen, amazing bathroom, living room, desk, and washer dryer. I'm glad we moved, and saved money too.) But the most troubling thing was how they treats us at check out. They made us wait while they searched our room. Ok, pretty standard in many places, though very annoying as you sit there on probation waiting. But then the woman asks us where is the black watch, as she touches her wrist. What? Black watch? Huh? Yes, she replies, have you seen it? A few moments later she says sorry, where is the black clock, this time outlining a little box with her fingers. Same reply: What black clock? I lay out my suitcase and invite them to search through anything and everything, feeling humiliated by the way. I have money and have no need to take anything. We are heading to a monastery to become monks by the way. Apparently then the maid radios all is fine and they say sorry, misunderstanding, and clasp their hands together. I say, that's not cool and we leave, never to return or recommend this place to others. Better, cheaper choices out there.

This hotel is well located and has really nice...clean and modern apartments. The front desk staff and everyone else is super friendly and always helpful. They always greet you with a warm smile. I would definitely want to come back again.
