Rooms on this hotel is outdated and old. Room smells bad and old. A/C unit can not be set to different temperatures, you have min/mid/max. You have 1 power outlet available by The TV. Warm water in shower works in The morning but in The evening there may be lack of warm water. Internet is based on zyxel routers. Each room had it's own WiFi router. The network is setup incorrect, all WiFi routers are conflicting with eachother, The result is instability and slow speeds. In regards to meet up at hotel, reception asked for 2600 baht for room/night. I explained that The price was too high compared to The prices available on internet. Receptionist would not bargain and told me to book online. After completing my booking at 1800 baht/night, I also used Free nights and ended up playing 640 baht for 3 nights. This made The reseptionist angry and She started calling her boss indicating that I was trying to scam The hotel. Very unplesant. After some calls to her management, She unwillingly gave us keycards to The room, charging us a deposit of 2000 baht ?!? Minibar prices are insane, you may think that singha costs 150 baht as stated on one of the bottles, FYI. This is only for that spesific bottle, The price is 180 baht. Who is spamming who, I showed the picture when checking out, explaining the receptionist that this was quite shady and easy for guests to misinterpet. Receptionists again made me very uncomfortable not showing any understanding of anything... Laundry prices in hotel is also like The rest of The prices here overcharged. Go right over The street and you pay 1/8 of The price. I will never live here again, not for pleasure, not for business. Never.

It seems this hotel had been open for many years, basically, the room size is big, but the facilities are too old, and the mattress need to replace because it's old and deformed. Anyway, the location is convenient.

Hotel is clean and well equipped, very nice, helpful and friendly staff, good tasty food. I really appreciate their approach and communication to the customers during but also after my stay. Thank you so much!

I've been coming back to this hotel since my first trip in 2015. Location and price are the main draws but the services and the rooms upkeep are great as well. The beds are comfortable and there's a day lounge in every room. View from the window is nothing to shout about though. The staffs are friendly and always ready to serve.

Housekeeping was poor...waste from previous occupant were not removed until the day we left. Toothbrushes and towels should come in pair for Twin Bed room but you'll have to request for it. Reason given by the Reception, "we don't know how many person will stay in the room". I guess this is just an excuse. We've booked 6 rooms with 12 persons much earlier and they knew it. Even complimentary water are not replenished daily and soiled towels are not replaced, either they are lazy or what? If not for its location and close proximity to BTS and shopping...I would never ever want to come back to this hotel.

The supervisor and one of the girls behind the reception on the 21st April noon were so rude and unprofessional with us, I find them discriminating and arrogant, we confirmed a normal room and the request for a king size bed was confirmed prior to our travel, upon reaching the girl and the supervisor offering us a different smelly room and told us if we don't like it you can cancel your booking.com reservation. Requested to contact the GM but nobody turned out, unprofessional hospitality, they were giving out welcome drink like we were on a kiosk on the street, later a girl comes out don't remember her name pulled out a key to a upgraded deluxe room, after we checked in the room had a sewage odor from the bathroom and the housekeeping staff did not make any changes except spraying air freshener, no one cares in this hotel, only plus is its close to the BTS station....I would not return to this hotel or recommend it. Terrible experience.

I stayed in this hotel in December 2016. Although it is a bit outdated, the room was confortable as well as the pool and the breakfast area. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Location is great.

Cons: Old construction. Neutral: Breakfast not superb but ok. Also the breakfast place when I visited was a temporary facility so looked gloomy with no natural light. Pro: Great housekeeping . Efficient reception . Good price. When my locker didn't work they promptly helped me change the room and also went around looking for the right steam iron. 5* for housekeeping staff. And superb location - right next to Phrom Phong skytrain station and Emporium Emquarteir mall with scores of eating and shopping options.

Good Hotel with convenience location. Staff was friendly. Many good restaurants nearby and also a big shopping centre. Near to BTS. Clean was big and clean and staff was very helpful in any problems you may face.

A 5 day 4 nights trip over the English New Year 2017. Cleanliness, Clear Communication and Courtesy. Smooth check in ably handled by Ms Wauvee. They serve a cold refreshing welcome drink thats very palatable. Large smoke free room and exceptionally clean for this level of hotel. The hallways are large, well lit, clean, with a central void. This reduces communication clutter with neighbors. The senior chambers lady & their team worked exceptionally well in keeping the room clean. The buffet is surprisingly quite well stocked & the chef at the eggs station cooks a consistently well done omelette....and deftly handled. Yes, We would stay in hotel again and it is tucked away from the main street. The hotel gives you a discount voucher for their small cafe, which serves quite a good quiche. There are few restaurants nearby. An Italianish type of cafe which we stopped by for a cup of coffee. On the way to the Emporium shopping center you shall pass by an old western type cafe that serves a good sausage and bacon for a 3 US dollars and it comes with coffee. Recommended to drop by for affordable meals. Only one grouse that still rankles till today. A loud blaring New Year Eve party at the pool below that continued well past midnight 12.00. Like a constant freight train with high decibel level. The apologetic duty manager Mr Aekkarluck mentioned the hotel was full and would try to arrange another room probably an hour or two later, which meant it would be 2.00 am in the morning.Which we declined and stayed in our room No 1908. Needless to say that night was a total wreck. There was no sensitivity displayed by the organisers bearing in mind the nearby hotels and centers had reduced public activities in view of the mourning period. Suggest to check with the hotel on any activities and request for a room on the rear of the building and not the front. Cheers.
