Everything was amazing. The staff were so helpful and kind. Definitely will look at staying here again :)

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available

Catching a flight out next day. Stayed one night. Very nice experience - very comfortable room. Firm bed - but that seems par in SE Asia. Great breakfast buffet. Easy cab ride to airport - 250 baht.

Nothing major, but here were the gripes. 1) Despite being an Orbitz VIP hotel for platinum members, nothing was given/upgraded 2) Room wasn't available when I tried to check in around noon 3) The pool was and rec area was closed off all day on the 31st in preparation for a New Years party the hotel was selling tickets to (for non hotel guests) 4) Consequently all night loud music from the hotel DJ could be heard. An early morning flight, meant very little sleep, no apologies and no inquiries from the staff regarding the stay. Was not the experienced promised when booking the hotel. Feel like I gave away money.

It's a nice hotel. Especially, the breakfast is better than similar quality hotels. My wife and I had a pleasant stay.

The customer service at this hotel was not good. We were scolded for being “loud” in the lobby while greeting each other, ignored for over 30 minutes while trying to call a cab and asked “if we could call it ourselves” and mistreated regularly. The AC was not operating properly. I woke up each night in the sweats, despite the system being set to “high.” On our final night, we had to meet friends and waited for an hour for housekeeping to bring us fresh towels and wash cloths. The breakfast buffet is decent. I’d recommend using an alternate hotel with friendlier staff while staying in Bangkok.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Business lounge breakfast staff were very friendly and food was excellent.

1st, I would like to state that it is extremely rare that I post a negative review, as every time there has been an issue I would address right away so it can be resolved. However, this hotel has been the least accommodating hotel that I have ever stayed. I flew in on May 4th. stayed for 6 days a) Internet NEVER WORKS! if you work on the computer a lot and requires wifi, the only way for you to get things done is to hang out in the lobby. (as I have done many times, every time employee have glared at me). they are well aware that the internet does not work, but doesn't apologize for the inconvenience. (the first couple of days I spent practically every hour calling them to restart the connection.) b) During one of the nights, May 5th (20th FL), there was a huge issue going on my floor from 05:00-8:45 maybe to 9 am. I called downstairs to complain about the people directly across the hall from me. We are talking shouting, banging on walls, and slamming doors. it took about an hour for security to arrive after the ladies from reception came up. however, security didn't really do anything except threaten to call the police. During this time, I was not allowed to leave my room until the situation was handled and cleared. all I got for an apology was chocolate (that I couldn't eat) and two small tangerines. I wish they could've given us a discount on breakfast or something. there were more issues however I am out of characters.

Close to the train, 30 min ride from shopping centers, 30 min ride from Khoa San Road and Weekend Market. Average taxi rate to these areas are $150-$300 Bhat

I chose this hotel because i thought it would privide a fast trip to airport. Staff was great but the atmosphere was too bustling in a large bus depot sort of way. Thus, it lacked the highly regarded Thai sense of hospitality. I will greatly miss the Dusit Thani once it closes in April: that propert has set and maintained a standard which is unequalled in my humble experience.

Great service, staff, breakfast. Hotel nicely priced with a great view of Bangkok.

Very clean hotel, great location and awesome shower.

It's ok except we had requested for early check in but senior hotel staff rudely refused even plenty of rooms were available when after waiting one hour we said to him that we will mention this on revew page then he had offer rooms to my family but still he was rude One of the air conditioning were not functioning they changed but in late evening
