It is a suite with every facility..rooms are basically fully furnished one bedroom hall kitchen :) The staff is hospitable and the breakfast is good where they try to take care of all types of cuisines for international travelers.. We loved the hotel.
Spacious hotel with a good breakfast. Filling and interesting changes everyday. Room neat and tidy with lots of room. Bathroom spotlessly clean that was a big plus for me. A good restaurant across the road from the Hotel. Staff friendly - although they don't have much information about tours and excursions.
Nice little, quiet hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nothing to worry here. A bit dirty here and there - and I mean dirty like mouldy in some corners. So the hotel is not the newest and could use some refurbishment - esp. for the price of the rooms.
I stayed here with family and had two rooms and was always served and helped with always smiling staff. Three cheers to them. Place is inside a street on Sukhumvit and in case you need to go out you can ask them for their private Tuk tuk drop. All places are nearby and also a taxi stand outside which you can bargain for drop. Excellent overall
I was on holiday in Thailand, visiting Bangkok and was booked into this hotel. The check-in process was fast and simple. Breakfast was nice and continental. we got an upgrade on the rooms and was very big in size and enjoyed the stay. Lifts were very small and took a long time to arrive, just one drawback.
I got robbed their on 17.10.2017. My wallet with 500€ and documents were stolen. The worst part is that I am sure the receptionists (I talked to Jacky, but I am sure they are all in) cover for the thieves!!!! I got robbed exactly some hours before I had a flight, such a surprise, so of course I could not do much. When I told to the receptionist about the theft he did nothing! I asked him to call a police, he said it is not their problem and I have to call myself!!! He was literally laughing at my face. He also told me that it happens their very often and that is why he was even not surprised! Now you know what I mean??? Besides this they have the worst customer service I ever experienced. They did not answer our emails about booking a taxi for us! I was in Asia for a 5 week vacation and it was my worst experience! If you want to save your nerves and money, never go their!
Staff members were responsive and responsible. Gym room is well equipped with long operation hour. I love the jasmine smell of this hotel. 10-15 mins walk to Nana BTS station. There is tuk tuk service to the main road but I didn't manage to try it.
A lovely place to stay in Bangkok. A peaceful haven from the hustle bustle of the main Sukhumvit and yet quite central. The WiFi is very strong and very helpful staff. Highly recommended place. However the Cafe closes early but if you need a late dinner, there are plenty of places available nearby.
Pros : 1) Good and helpful staffs, 2) Big and clean rooms, 3) Small hotel but well kept. 4) Food : Ala Carte ordered food are superb. Tried their green chicken curry and just love it. Price not very expensive. Acceptable: 1) Breakfast : Simple but ok. Just their bread and bacons are quite hard. Cons : 1) Location bit inside from main road. Although you have hotel tuk-tuk to send you to the main road but coming back time you have to walk in especially after long tiring activities. Other tuk-tuk service from the main road will ask you 50 - 100 bath for that 1 minute sending you inside. 2)Water pressure very low for the shower. Tips : 1) Do not travel on Fri & Sat unless you are not taking taxi/tuk-tuk to go around. Very jammed where we wasted our day in the taxi stucked in the non moving traffic. 2) Do not trust grabtaxi much as they will not accept your request for short distance trip. Ended you will have to walk. 3) Tuk-tuk drivers are con-mans. They charge equal or higher than metered taxi. 4) Try to get metered taxi. Many drivers charge you flat rates. 5) BTS and MRT is the best to travel around. Of coarse you have to walk more.
I still remember my stay in Aspen Suits. My husband booked the hotel for a year (Amit) and i visited him . stayed there for a two weeks. Would definitely stay there again. Service, food is excellent. Great Staff!!
