Excellent location near BTS, large suites, nice views with balcony, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
My wife and I were in Bangkok for the first time. We arranged with the hotel to have a car service pick us up from the airport. Communication with the hotel via email was easy and the hotel responded promptly with any questions. Car service was waiting for us at the terminal. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the noise in Bangkok. It requires some walking to go anywhere but we prefer to be in a quieter area. The subway is at one end of the short street and it is easy to get onto the subway to go anywhere. Several major shopping centers are ten minutes walk away. When we arrived at the hotel, we were seated and reception came with cold towels and a drink to check us in. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Bangkok.
We had occasion to stay on 2 different occasions, both of them enjoyable and memorable. The service is excellent and the staff is hospitable without being obsequious. One small suggestion for improvement would be to improve the lighting in the bathrooms but otherwise our stay was comfortable in every way.
