Adequate hotel in a reasonable location. Room spacious but very tired and in need of a good clean. Net curtains were filthy and curtains stained. Breakfast in next door cafe was typical Thai and ok. Staff were polite and helpful.

This is a good hotel, very clean and with friendly staff. I was in a studio, well appointed and of a good size. Comfortable bed, bathroom with a tub, flat tv, good speed wifi, hot water kettle, fridge, microwave + glasses and utensils. A good sized balcony but with no view for me, just to an ugly back yard. The location is good, near Sukhumvit rd and maybe 1 km away from the skytrain and Terminal 21 mall. I would come back to this property. P.S. downstairs there is the Parrot cafe with good food and drinks at reasonable prices and you can order room service from them.

Very clean, quiet. Excellent front desk staff. Good restaurant right out the door and to the left (Parrot--has both Thai and western food). Room is spacious and includes microwave and refrigerator. Priced right.

Excellent hospitality close to all transport , clean rooms, good value, decent gym, small but clean pool, good sauna. Highly recommended, i will stay here on my next visit in February 2018. Just a note to some of our grubby friends who had to move out of their own garbage bin in their own country, try a bit of decency and respect, the world is not yours to use as a garbage, please move back into your own rubbish bin. Ashtrays and bins are provided and cleaned regularly the pool is not an ashtray and the sauna is not a bin.

For the price, this place is more than adequate. Good quality sleep, good water pressure in the shower and constant hot water. Everyone is friendly and I am comfortable in this place. Ala carte menu in cafe downstairs is also very affordable and good food.

The journey to the hotel from Sukhumvit airport was nearly 40 mins, it was fine for us as we wanted to be somewhere in the middle. Didnt took photos, too excited to stay and just explore. The 3 front desk ladies greeted when we checked in, that was nice and attentive. The room we got was 312 facing the road, it was definitely noisy at night if you leave the balcony open usually we dont and in the morning when the sun rises, if youre going out for a smoke break on the balcony, the sun the scorching heat would be staring directly at you. The room is huge for 2 ppl but we still love it because we have space to move about the room. I called for a travel adapter and one of the front desk girl brought it up for me, greatly appreciated. And the nearest halal food is Usman about a 3 mins walk from the hotel to across the street in an alleyway and they deliver for 120 baht, the food is soo soo nice, so for you muslims out there, take note. On top of all this, the security ppl and the housekeeping lady are nice people too. They are always there to help. More of caucasians and japanese living around this area. There is also a family mart at the ground level and a 7 eleven across the street. The day we checked out, the guy attending to us, he did greet but he didnt smile but still attentive and check out was fast, booked via Agoda. So overall, i love this place though it gets noisy but because of the space in room, you will love it no matter what. And taxis are active in that area so you could easily flagged down a cab or a tuk tuk or if youre too shy to do so, approach the security, he will help you. Thank you Admiral Suites & all the staff 😊😊

We have experienced earlier in Bangkok that the pictures lie when choosing hotel online, and as a result we end up in a very bad hotel. This was not the case this time. The room we choose was superior studio with balcony. The room is large, with a little kitchen, flatscreen TV and bathroom with tub. The hotel is an older one, but they have maintained and upgraded it very nice. Considering the price this is a very good choice. I see others have complained about the AC but we had no problem. One last thing is that the shower have good pressure and a soft good bed, normally not so often the case in Thailand, so that was a nice surprise. The staff was very polite and nice. We will definatly stay here next time we go to Bangkok.

Staff was not very co-operative. they don't even provide kettle , tea bags etc for morning Tea n Coffee which is other wise available in any other hotel even the small ones also. requested late checkout but they charged me for it, no complimentary Air port Drop.paid 1200 neat. (That's Ok) over all room neat but kittenet is not well equipped.

Good location, especially liked the nearby park for morning exercise. Room was dated but clean. The pool was a comfortable temperature but it would be nice if the staff set up the umbrellas and chair cushions in the morning. We had a smooth check in and check out, but had to wait for the a/c unit to be fixed the first day. Good breakfast selection.

My room was very dated and it desperately needed modernising. The bathroom flooded, the air conditioning controls didn't work properly, and the stereo was knackered. However, the room suited my purpose for my holiday. The staff were very friendly, but I would say If you can afford it, get something else.
