I am a return visitor, having stayed at this hotel several times in past years, but not within the past five or six years. I liked the hotel enough to recommend it when we returned to Bangkok with friends. This review is based on a six-night stay in February 2016, when 6 of us occupied 3 rooms, all Admiral Suites. The hotel offers great service, impressive breakfasts, and a good location, a 10-15 minute walk to the Sky Train (BTS), in an area with lots of restaurants and massage parlors. The very basic breakfasts of the past have been replaced by buffet breakfasts with a lot of choice. No herbal teas (only standard bags of black tea) or special coffees, but the regular coffee is very good. We found the Admiral Suites very comfortable, and liked having a washing machine in the room, but found the bathroom arrangement bizarre. (The bath tub is in between the shower and the wall; you must walk through the shower to access the tub.) When we first arrived, I was concerned by all the problems in our room, the most serious being a broken hot water heater. I thought the staff should have noticed that there was no hot water in the room, no plug for the bath tub, and that the curtains did not open and close properly because the broken curtain rails had been badly repaired. However, all our room issues were fixed the next morning. I was disappointed to learn, when we were about to check out, that we were supposed to get free daily lunches. When our traveling companions checked their reservation during checkout, we noticed that lunches were to have been included. The Receptionist confirmed we had been entitled to lunches, and asserted that we had been given lunch coupons along with our breakfast coupons, although they would all have been labeled as breakfast coupons. I checked our remaining coupons, and confirmed that we were given only two coupons a day, exactly enough for breakfast for my husband and me. Another couple in the group said they did seem to have more coupons than they needed, but since they were all labeled breakfast, it didn’t occur to them that we might be entitled to lunch.

My name is Mark, and i spent Christmas in Bangkok last year with my family. It was our first time there so one of our friend recommended us this Hotel. And we spent a beautiful Christmas there. The service of the Hotel is excellent. The staff is good, kind and very fast. The food is good and we really enjoy our stay overthere. Price is very good as well. We will definitely come back here

Stayed here in January with 2 friends for a girls trip!! We stayed for 2 nights but wish it could have been longer!! we enjoyed the room, breakfast, and the roof top pool of course. very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing! A big thank you to Bella at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us, we enjoyed our stay very much and if we ever find ourselves back in Bangkok we will be staying here!

This was a nice place to stay and in a great location, I would recommend and come back in the future visits very convenient to BTS, SUBWAY and Soi cowboy breakfast was above avergae very nice and room clean and nice. The pool is beautiful with a great view of the city. I will come back in future visits. I will also highly recommend

A very pleasant quiet and comfortable stay. nice choices for breakfast and complementary high speed internet in the room and lobby. Hotel TUK TUK to asoke MRT was very handy in the heat, Although it was less than a ten minutes walk away. A short walking distance to some nice little restaurants and bars around the hotel

Loved the property, amicable and helping staff. Rooms are well appointed, hotel location is close to essential places but the special mention here goes to the lady at the Front Desk. We had a hyper active infant with us and a small issue with a local travel agent as well. The lady Ratee Na Thalang, Front Desk Manager, handled everything with warm hospitality, intellect and helping nature as well. Highly recommend it!!!

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly, they are always available to help, the breakfast is excellent! is located in a quiet area and close to the city center! I recommend this hotel because it is really the best!

The hotel is rundown and the rooms are dirty. Do not believe the high review scores. Mismatched toilet seat, broken shower head, utility cupboard doors not closing, noisy air con. 2 star quality for 4 star price. However, the breakfast staff were great.

On first glance this place is great. Huge rooms. Beautiful rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet is good and can have eggs cooked fresh to your liking. After a day though our room started smelling damp and I had to wash everything when I got home because it stank. Even Lying on the bed the coves felt damp.... we had friends in another room and they felt the same way. Hopefully this can get sorted. Otherwise nice hotel.

I had a chance to stay in this hotel with my friend who came from aboard, it’s fantastic with superb services from Front Office Team especially Front Office Manager who is always on floor and offering help every time without asking. It showed true Thai Hospitality with 5 star services, even made my friend feeling in Love more about Land of Smile, highly recommended for this hotel both business and leisure.
