This hostel was sooo nice. Really well designed, super clean and very close to Yaowarat Road the main road in Chinatown. Rooms were big, AC was amazing. Very safe neighbourhood,I'd often wall out to get dinner at night. 7 Eleven around the corner which has everything even hot coffee and iced lattes egg. Chatuchak weekend markets a train ride or taxi ride away as well as the Train night markets. Kati on reception is so sweet and speaks amazing English I really enjoys chatting with her she was very helpful and lovely. Would see stay again. My only criticism would be the mattress is very hard, but all the good out ways that :)

The most kind people running this hostel in China Town, very thankful for their presence. They were friendly, accommodating, happy and helpful. The hostel itself is clean, creative and modern. Felt very safe here. Free breakfast. Free bicycle to ride around.. Cute rooftop terrace & good vibes ! Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back one day soon. Thank you asa hostel!

ghost hotel. A woman at the reception who never knows how to answer questions, who does not know where the manager is, who refuses to visit the rooms or dormitories ... The young woman is not mixing but unable to recieve customers because she does not know how to answer. This hotel looks like a financial booster when you do not know what else to do. Unfortunately the photos do not reflect the reality in 95 cases of hostels. Walking on the street of the hotel, I counted nearly 10 sellers of tires type Midas .... To be honest, there are beautiful temples further. But China town is extremely noisy. Bef, for me, this hostel is a hotel that is an additional business for someone who wants to make money without being a hotelier.

Awesome accommodation. Everything was clean. Staff was approachable. She even gave us tips in commuting in order for us to save some baht. The hostel is very near the China town. If you prefer authentic Chinese/Thai food, a few minutes walk will bring you to bang-for-the-buck restaurants. Will definitely recommend Asa Hostel to future travellers.

What a fantastic and memorable stay at ASA Hostel. Strategically located nearby to Chinatown, where you could enjoy the hustle & bustle of the vicinity. One area worth mentioning, will be the rooftop garden, while enjoying the scenic. It also create a social atmosphere, where I get to meet people of all walk of life. The staff (female), was very helpfully & guided us on the place of interest, no doubt she didn't converse well in English. Definitely, worth returning in my next itinerary back BKK

Great location, located in Chinatown full with street foods. Never get hungry if staying here. About 10 minutes walk to MRT station which is very convenient. Great staff here also and the facility is very clean. Will definitely come back here again. Totally worth the price

I walked here in 15 minutes form Hua Lamphong, early in the morning and without a reservation but knowing that I wanted to stay in Chinatown to see a less touristy side of Bangkok. The night watch-woman was lovely; she couldn't check me in but gave me breakfast and magazines and kept me comfortable. The owner herself is amazing, I only stayed one night but she was full of warmth and helpful advice, even letting me store a rental pedal-bike in the luggage room. As this place is so new I nearly had the place to myself, and during the day there were young women (friends of the owner I think) painting gorgeous pictures on the staircase wall. Facilities are excellent: modern keycard lock system, hot powerful showers, bed curtains and plugs, strong wifi, literally no complaints. I was able to store food in the fridge and use the kitchenette, plus the rooftop terrace is beautiful. I also loved staying in Chinatown. It's pricey for a hostel but you get your money's worth, and hopefully as word gets out and it fills up there will be a social atmosphere too. Thanks again for having me and treating me so well on the last day of my holiday.

Putjesgeur! Maar daar kunnen de eigenaars weinig aandoen.
