The pool was green the Wi Fi was spotty other than that the hotel and breakfast were excellent!

Hotel was pleasing to stay at. Pretty close to amenities and Walking Street.

Night walking. Street , several mall .good food , evening shows , tour booking in hotel Ferry peir Most all within walking distance from hotel Plus taxi when ever needed

2 days in a row only one towel was left in room 3 days in a row ran out of toilet paper but extra paper was not left behind After requesting towels and toilet paper issue corrected Place lacks proper maintenance and occasional deep cleaning, Don't even think about going for a pool dip.

Nice, just a bit dated. Rooms a bit smaller but the staff are quite nice and helpful.

Good location near by the restaurants and bars. Nice staff

Second visit to this establishment. Night Staff to say the least is awake. Good House Keeping upon both of my stays here. Security and door man are always available to help. Hotel is kind of off beat and NOT accessible from 2nd road or beach road, you have to walk in during the afternoon and evening hours NO vehicle access. Near walking street, beach, and surround shops, bars, massage, and eateries.

Stayed in court view room so I would not experience a view of "the wall". Although their are cheaper hotels in the area, it is still a bargain. Modern design room of adequate size, as well as chic common areas. Building seems new or recently renovated. Buffet breakfast OK, however, their are plenty of good restaurants all around. Great pool and rooftop sundeck, although fitness room is minimal. Staff great, massage options great, free parking and internet. Beach is half block away. Clubs and discos are less than five minuet walk. Vendors and shops are outside in court yard. Their are luxury chain hotels close by that are nicer, but after the cost of the room and all the incidental charges, you will end up paying 3 to 4 times as much for a similar room.

Customer service was not good at all i wish that front desk people would know how to smile and thats a weird thing in LOS.As far as location is concerned it is great close to beach and walking street.Smoking smell is abundant in the hotel which was one more negative for me and at the time of checking out they rudely declined to accept credit card saying its cash only hotel ...I was like you are advertising 4 star resort hotel and telling me that you only take cash wow.. Over all i would'nt recommend that hotel.

it was my fist time booking with [...]and it work out well got there late that night .but it was good hotel this is my 4 time staying at the hotel one of the best in pattaya

Perfect location between mall and Mikes Market shopping. Within 5 min of WALKING STREET. Room was very nice and clean bed was perfect and staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive.

Except the view on a wall, the room was a good value for a quite stylish new hotel.

Excellent hotel, guest friendly, super location, brand new, nice staff and would NOT have stayed without the discount I got. With a good price, can't beat it! Regular rack rate...hard to stay.
