We stayed here during a week long visit to Banff. Overall a nice hotel, although our room had a couple of issues. There was a huge jacuzzi in the bedroom (???) that was not working. Quite a disappointment since it took up half the bedroom! The toilet would not stop running when flushed - the handle had to be manually lifted each and every time to stop it from filling. The buffet breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good value for this wildly popular resort town.

Pool was closed for repairs. Would have been nice to use it. Also wifi was a bit slow. Overall a very nice hotel! Close to everything.

Located at beginning of main shopping/dining avenue, the hotel is very accessible yet quiet. Easy below ground parking garage and 3-floor elevator makes coming and going pleasant. Complimentary breakfast is well done by several (not just one) kitchen staff so plenty of warm foods, etc. We did not use pool although it looked nice.

it was comfortable for the room. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast.

We found the morning breakfast excellent, but GENERALLY very crowded. You can't help that, BUT if you had some trays available, people could take a tray up to their room and relieve a little bit of congestion.

The hotel in general desperately needs a facelift. Our bathroom door was badly damaged, and the heat/AC was difficult to regulate. The furniture in the room was in bad shape....dinged and marked up. We stayed 4 nights and had minimal cleaning each day.

Nice clean hotel. It was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the attractions. Also lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Pet room was very foul smelling. Our previous stay in a non pet room was excellent. The pool and breakfasts are wonderful.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here, and it was great. Rooms were very nice. Only setback for us was that the continental breakfast doesn't really waiver. If staying several days, expect frozen pancakes or waffles everyday. Overall though, a great experience.

This hotel had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Staff was very understanding of our usual situation.

A clean and nice hotel; there were no problems at all. Easy 3-4 block walk to downtown and to a big supermarket. There was even a scattering of restaurants within half a block. And a gas station/convenience store directly across the street. The included breakfast was above average for what you get in this type of hotel. I couldn't go in the pool at all because it was freezing! But a bunch of kids seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had read the reviews first and knew that it would not be perfect. Well, I found clean rooms with updated restrooms. It was comfortable. The pool is a little cold and right in the entrance. The jacuzzi is nice and hot. The breakfast is what one would expect. For the price, I was really happy.

Good choice for a quick stop in Banff. Not far into town. Garage parking is tight. Nice breakfast.

The sliding doors leak cold air. It took 36 hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is great and with friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to come back to after hiking the trails and touring around Banff.

O.K.

Beautiful mountain scenery, hiking, and tourist shopping. Breakfast in Hotel excellent, other dinning walking distance from Hotel. Small pool and jacusie clean and OK. A good refuge in bad weather.
