Room service never got the message that 3 persons were booked in the room. Quick action from the front desk to provide the extra towels and cup. But no communication with room service crew. Breakfast buffet was great.

While this motel certainly is not a four-star property I have given it four stars for its value. Yes, this motel is fairly old and is in some need of updating but at a savings of $50 to $100 a night off what you would pay at other motels in town it is a good option for the budget minded traveler. The motel is old but not dirty. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, exactly what I would hope for in booking a room in this price category. It is on the other side of town from most of the shopping and dining which is only a problem if you're walking, by car it's 2 or 3 minutes The free continental breakfast was satisfactory with various breads and sweet rolls, cereals, juices, fruit and yogurt. The pool was clean and warm even in April and the whirlpool was fine although crowded as you might expect with the after-ski crowd. I'd stay here again.

Good Hotel, close to Ski Resorts. Good Restaurant. Good Prices.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are dingy--ours looked out on an exterior wall. The furnishings are bare bones and cheap. The ventilation was poor to non-existent. The only way to cool the room is to open the sliding glass door to the balcony, letting in all the sounds of traffic and other noises outside. There is little sound barrier between rooms so you can clearly hear things in neighboring rooms. They have queen size beds but not sheets that fit the beds so the bottom sheet cannot be tucked in. In fact, they don't have fitted sheets at all. The complimentary breakfast was modest at best. A good portion of the parking area underneath the hotel on one side was flooded with no drainage. We booked the hotel because it seemed reasonably priced and looked good from the website. However, if you want to enjoy Banff, stay somewhere else.

the staff is not kind at all the room is litle bit dirty

We chose Voyager based on price and got our money's worth. It's a bit of a walk from downtown Banff (about 5 blocks) but overall a good value. Our only complaint was that a busload of Korean tourists were staying across the hall from us and made a lot of noise at night and were constantly slamming their doors.

We didn't have much time to spend at the hotel. Good location, it would have been nicer to have fridge and microwave in the room. It is not so clean to our liking. Good for the price.

Hotel was fine. Staff were friendly, expectations were met. Pleasantly suprised with breakfast voucher. Breakfast was good and quick. Free wifi available.

One tired old motel that deserves no stars until it's completely re-built. The good news...we were moved to the hotel next door when we complained.

The room itself was very good for a motel. Most of the staff seemed to be amateurs working on their summer vacation. The service in the restaurant was glacially slow but pleasant. Their literature said they had a safety deposit facility for things like laptops but when I took my laptop to be stored they said the boxes were only big enough for wallets or bank books.

Staff friendly, and rooms very comfortable. Internet access. There is a great breakfast buffet. Near restaurants, and shoppes.
