I've stayed at 3 Extended Stay America Suites. This is my second favorite. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I'll be back!
The room was really nice
Lamp by bed did not work. Website said they had airport shuttle but they did not. Also said they had breakfast, but it was just A bookcase in the lobby with coffee, muffins, and granola bars. Had to walk to another motel to get transportation to the airport.
Two hotels by the same name within 2 blocks of each other??? why? Went to the wrong hotel first.
Clean hotel
Staff helpful and courteous. Room was adequate and I liked the space for doing work on laptop. there was no hair dryer in the room and the one they brought later did not work :( For one night and to be this close to the airport, it was sufficient
I like the amenities that was in the room love the fact that it had a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
It smelled musty, and the room was damp. It felt old and in need of updates.

This hotel serves its purpose. it is a good location for BWI. Mostly it is cheap and convenient.
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. No hair dryers or shampoo. The TV you could not watch. And the worst part was bugs in the bathroom at night. Yes you know what kind. I am going to demand a refund from someone.
Extended stay was a great experience, the staff was great and the room was great and thank you for a great time.
