The hotel need a new face lift. The staffs are not friendly and the rooms are not up to date.

this hotel is a great value for the price considering you get free wifi and a decent continental breakfast. However, parts of it seemed sketchy and a little unsafe and that could have just been me. I love that there is a target in walking distance and a restaurant hooked onto the hotel with great Italian food. I was not fond of the hotel front desk gentleman that checked me in he was very standoffish and he would not speak up so you could hear him. I wanted to pay cash and he went and charged my card for the room which almost put my bank account to 0 which I did not like after saying I wanted to pay cash. Overall I would stay again if I got the same cheap rate

Dingy and grimy hotel and room reeked of chemical cleaners.

The hotel needs to better improve their check-in process as it was slow and unprofessional! Too, they need to improve on their customer service. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Good for a couple night stay.

Room was shabby overall. Little things like 2 broken lampshades, stained chair, cramped space, big things like a wall panel knocked out in closet, leaving a gaping hole and mold growing in bathroom due to no ventilation. Noisy, obviously thin walls. Not worth the convenience or price.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was clean and Bed was comfy. Maybe in need of an update but I didn't really mind it. Will be back.

The air-conditioner blows right over the bed with no way to adjust the direction. Also, the bathroom is extraordinarily small.

I stayed for only two nights to attend a family event. I had stayed one other time but didn't remember how run down the facility had become. It was considerably less expensive than other hotels on the same block. First, the staff was awesome. They were friendly and accommodating. They even called me when they thought I had left jewelry behind to let me know. Lobby was bright and cheerful and decorated for the holidays, with complimentary cookies. However that was the best part of the hotel. My room was dingy. The beds had a concave mattress. There was mold all over the shower walls and the bathroom tiles were broken. The power socket by the vanity was falling out of the wall. The tub didn't drain properly. The toilet backed up and the seat was broken. The iron was chained to the ironing board, which I understand would decrease theft, but both the iron and the stand it was changed to were badly rusted. I did let the district know about these things before I left, and they said probably concerned. Hopefully they will address these issues. Overall, not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in unfortunately, but definitely needs updating and an overhaul and better cleaning.

I asked for non smoking but when I entered the room it had a strong odor of mildew and the pillows smell like smoke. There was a plastic green couch that also held an odor. Rooms were limited so I went out and purchased air freshener and pine sol.

The overall hotel was old and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, we didn't use the shower because it was so bad. The curtains were hung incorrectly and didn't close right over the only window. Tried to use the laundry to wash the kids soccer uniforms only to find a line because some people live at the hotel. We got out of there as early as possible in the morning.

Stayed here a few months back for my birthday and decided to come back, always my first option when i come to Baltimore

The staff is very professional and welcoming. The room was quite comfortable and clean. They provide great value for the money.

The room was large and clean. Had a large flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable. Used the fridge and really enjoyed the whirlpool jacuzzi tub. Also swam in the pool with many other residents. The room was not what I pictured for a Suite, though. Regardless, the room was nice and had a good stay there. Would come back.

For just a short term stay this was just what I needed.

The hotel was very conviently located to where we were going in Owings Mills. It was a good value. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was a good feature.

My stay was quiet and most enjoyable. The on site dining was excellent.

Convient to dining and shopping.Staff was very friendly.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I travel everywhere and this has been the worst and most unsanitary hotel I have ever been to. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room smelled like mold, I asked for non smoking and was placed next to a smoking room (which travelled). The locks on the outside of the room (entrance to individual hotel rooms) was broken, it wasn't secure and the safety latch didn't latch over the door. I asked the front desk to please switch my room and because I paid through o_rbitz as a prepaid room they refused to move me. I would hope that this hotel would be shut down eventually for failing codes from health to safety.

My experience was very peaceful and relaxing. The room was on the first floor and detect a slight odor of mildew and that maybe due to the fact the room was near the pool.

Only needed the hotel for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was listed as a non smoking room, but had a really nasty smokey smell. Previous occupants had obviously smoked and no amount of cleaning could disguise the lingering odor.
