Met our son and family who had just moved from Alaska to Maryland! A minor thing but we did miss having a newspaper which many places provide.

The staff at the desk are always very nice. The room is very comfortable and clean. This was my second time staying here and it was awesome once again!

Nothing fancy but clean and a good value. Restaraunts close by.

Stayed two nites. Least costly of nearby hotels and I needed economy. Slept well, bed comfy, nice breakfast and great location if need to travel the triad of Ellicott City, Columbia, Savage all within minutes and hotels/motels in those town almost double the cost. Property of this hotel was less than desirable. To arrive at physical building one must drive down an extremely ugly, dirty back entrance road lined with dead scrub bushes and strewn garbage and I was greeted by many trucks parked at end of road, nothing inviting, in fact seedie and I almost turned away. As a single female I was hesitant and a bit frightened. La Quinta needs to invest in cleaning up this entry and make it more inviting, can't cost that much! Also they forgot to tidy my room and take out wet towels morning after first Nite but I didn't complain...I had plenty fresh ones and just put them aside coz I came back to room late and housekeeping was gone.

This La Quinta hotel was way below the standards of what the La Quinta name calls for. This hotel was more like a Motel 6.

Good experience, although less expensive options are nearby. I rate a hotel based on five factors: cleanliness, staff responsiveness, water flow, comfort of the bed, and security. The La Quinta is a national chain with a good reputation. This stay was no exception to the rule. Clean room, professional staff, reasonable water pressure, comfortable bedding at a safe lcation. Not the least expensive hotel in the area, but predictable accommodations.

Staff was very accommodating in giving me a first floor room to be able to take my dog out. Room was comfortable, free wi-fi was great. Will definitely stay at La Quinta again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Although I am spoiled by Marriott, this served the purpose.

We booked this hotel last minute in an effort to get something closer to the race we went to in Dover this past Sunday. Luckily we were able to book a room at the La Quinta in Jessup. We got there and were greeted with a nice gentleman who told us where to go. After getting to our floor it was insanely hot on the floor and smelled horribly. The room was also hot and stale with the window left open. After unpacking our things we went to utilize the bathroom which was clearly clogged previously and not by us. We called for maintenance and when I opened the door the worker handed out the plunger. I was unaware that we had to perform our own maintenance on the hotel rtoom? Especially something that we had not left behind.... I stepped back and must have had a confused look because the lady pulled back the plunger, rolled her eyes, and said "ugh". She walked in and plunged the toilet and walked out. The toilet never worked while we were there and we had to walk downstairs to use the main one when we needed to go. I was disappointed at the level of customer service that was provided overall.

Clean, comfy, nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend it.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and good. The room was clean. All in all, as good bargain for the money.

Hotel was reasonably priced, clean and the front desk person, Ayo, was awesome and made sure I had everything that I needed. I was in town for a half marathon and the continental breakfast was later than I needed it to be however the front desk accommodated my needs with an earlier breakfast.

Even though this is easy access to I-95 freeway, the room was perfectly quite. You do hear the freeway when you are outside but they spared no expense at keeping noise out of the building. Room was very clean and had no noticeable smells. This is a 3 star but could easily be a 4 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was ok. I will definitely stay here again.

Despite being located conveniently to I-95, our room on the back side was quiet and overlooked a babbling brook. The price was right, especially in light of the plentiful breakfast. While the rooms weren't fancy, everything worked and we were quite pleased. I'd call this an unexpected gem.

it was very nice and clean and quiet I would come back again.

The room was clean, however the hotel lobby and halls had a certain odor to it. Nevertheless they provide free breakfast and the room was clean. The location was perfect in regard to my needs for business while I was traveling.

Got to witness them with a "difficult" guest and they were fantastic. They also treated us like VIPs both times we have stayed. This is not a fancy place BUT super clean and super friendly. They could definately use an electrical upgrade, too many extension cords etc for my liking But other than that no complaints

This hotel is in a very good location being situated between Washington, Baltimore and the BWI airport. It was very convenient for me to get to D.C. and then to get to the BWI airport very early the next morning. I will stay there again because even though I found a big, ugly bug stuck to the ceiling in the room, the room was comfortable and convenient.

Rooms very comfortable but had poor lighting. Hotel located in a quite environment.

The geographical location of this inn is very convenient as it is easily accessible from the the major highways. The very personal welcome by the front desk is very refreshing to anyone who's been driving over hours from out of state. The room is very nice and cozy, not to mention few amenities like the refridgerator and the microwave oven. The luggage cart could use better wheels to make it much easier to push. Overall I'm sold on patronizing this hotel whenever there's need for it.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. I want to take this opportunity to apologize for your disappointment with the newspaper availability, as we no longer provide them. In an effort to "go green" we have decided to remove newspapers from our hotel chain. It is our hope you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future. Sincerely, LQ Customer Care
