The water in the sink and tub were brown. I couldn't get hot water. The halls and elevator were more than a little warm, especially the elevator. The few staff that I talked to weren't bad, but weren't professional either. The pool closed at 800 and I didn't get there til 745. I needed the pool to relax after a long drive...Won't go again. Don't think I have ever given a negative review.

The driver of the shuttle is coming at 3 am to the airport. Super! Good to know : the breakfast is closed at 9am.

We stayed at your location because it was close and convenient for what we had to do graduation in DC and a sick brother in Glen Bernie. Every thing about your location was good next time I come to MD I will stay at this location. Thank you for every thing, very good staff.

I will definitely be back when traveling to and from airport. The staff was very friendly! The courtesy drivers taking us to and from the airport were so extremely nice!! Both drivers we met were so polite, friendly; they are who we had the most contact with and are a big reason why we will definitely be using this hotel from now on when we need for airport. thank you!

The hotel has ample parking, big rooms and effective climate control. On the negative side the free breakfast is not really healthy, or even edible. Staff is friendly and helpful and the shower water pressure and temperature is excellent.

The stay was great close to everything that we wanted to see. The highway was right there so we could assess it very easily.

Highly recommend and will stay again. I can't say enough about the the overall experience, beginning with unparallelled greeting at reception, to continue with courteous and professional shuttle van drivers, and the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Shuttle Service to and from the Airport, and Local restaurants was Great and a major selling point for me. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

The room was Beautiful and Spacious, even with the double beds. I was dissappointed about the broken radio. The bathroom vent needed to be cleaned. The dust build up was very obvious. There were smudges on the bathroom door, that could have easily been cleaned, had someone taken the time to do so. Good thing I'm one of those people who thoroughly clean before getting settled in. But over all, I enjoyed my stay there. No matter what time of day or night, any staff I encountered, was kind, friendly, and MOST OF ALL Professional. Thank You:))

I enjoyed my stay at the LaQuinta during my brief trip there. The hotel was convenient to the airport and trains so that I could access downtown Washington D.C. with a 45-minute train trip for $15 during off-peak hours. .

Great hotel for the family and the service was great. Room was clean and breakfast was great. I will recommended.

The staff at this hotel are great. My daughter left her pillow, we called and they saved it for us for a week while we were on vacation. Not only was the pillow there but so were some other items she did not remember leaving in the room. I can not thank them enough for their excellent service.

Very nice amenities, great location and friendly staff. The rooms are small and rather uncomfortable, but clean (mostly) and with free breakfast, WIFI, airport shuttle and more, it's very definitely a good value.

I booked this hotel for a last minute trip last month and really enjoyed my stay! My room key was waiting for me upon arrival and in less than a minute I was checked in & on my way to the 4th floor. My room was right off the elevator and was both spacious and clean. Got plenty of rest in my comfy bed before making the drive to BWI the next morning – I highly recommend this hotel!

An OK place if you need to stay close to the airport. Just enough clean and comfortable for a night or two. The staff people are nice, plus appreciated the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it cost me only a couple of bucks in tip to the driver. They don't charge you for that ride. The only thing I did not care for was the breakfast.

Because it was a smoking hotel entire lobby smelled bad. They shud cancel smoking rooms

The free pickup by the Hotel from the airport makes this hotel a good overnite stay for an early morning or late night fligt. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Extra Blanket are a must if you want to keep the room temp low.

This was a very nice, convenient hotel. It's the best value around. I try to stay here when I need a hotel close to the airport.
