I normally have had good experiences but this time not so much. The bathroom had a horrible stench and our air had one setting- hot. We had to change rooms. I asked 3 times within 3 days to have our room cleaned and towels replaced and it was never done. My key card expired every time I left my room so I would have to go to the front desk to get new cards. It was annoying and inconvenient. Pretty disappointed.

The pool was closed, I booked this property because the amenities. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear the people in the next room talking.

Property condition is pretty fine. To be honest is terrible. They don't respect choice in terms of room. I picked up a room they gave me a different one. When I say that to the receptionist she said to me what is the matter. I was speechless when I heard that. I'll never come back at la Quinta.
It was dirty and the rooms smell like weed. The bathroom has mold in the shower.
Overall cleanliness and staff interaction’s were professional and friendly. Breakfast was okay but grits would have been great. First floor ice machine was broken. Ice only available on upper floors.
