The hotel was convenient to BWI within minutes since we had an early flight. Staffing was helpful. particularly point out Ron the shuttle driver gave professional, friendly, joyous service. His recommendations for eating was on spot. He certainly knows the meaning of customer service. The suite design was very comfortable.
Took over 25 minutes to Check in. Then when I go to the room and open the door, there’s a guy sitting on the couch in his underwear watching football. The room was OCCUPIED!!!!
Very convenient and well kept.
Love this place and the location. I always stay here.
This hotel was dirty, vents and fans were caked with dirt, the inside pool was closed with no estimate or hope or care of when it would open. A/C was exceptionally noisy. We shortened our stay by two days because of the issues. The only redeeming quality of the stay was breakfast was top notch.
friendly staff and great location close to the BWI airport.
Staff treated me with disrespect, front desk lady yelled at me and her manager blindly back her up describing her employee’s act as enunciating not yelling ! And apologizing if I misunderstood this as yelling ! I felt so humiliated ! I am escalating my complaint to all possible ways I can find out , would never book again in this property and will make sure to provide my feedback on staff attitude which lacks basic decency towards a hotel guest
Everything was nice. The room was set off, kind of by itself, which was great!! My only complaint was, the bathroom door was warped and made a dragging noise when opening and closing, but lifting on the handle fixed that.
I love that they have options for large families. With 4 kids ages 8, 6, 3, and <1 we can't have 2 separate rooms, the apart-hotel option is so nice and kept us all together. The blackout shades were far better than the normal curtains. It was also one of the quietest rooms we've ever experienced, we didn't hear any noise from outside of our room. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've ever had.The pool was closed when we visited, which would have made our stay even better, but you roll with the punches.
Great hotel, cleanliness, staff late night front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Would really recommend him.
Nice hotel with humongous rooms. Full kitchen with accessories. Separate sitting area was nice. Definitely would recommend!
A good place to stay in the area near BWI airport.
Wonderful location near restaurants and gas. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Rooms a bit dated with some furniture that could use some updating but it met needs.
Everyone and everything. Everyone was nice and very professional
The rooms were very clean. The service is great. The breakfast had alot of choices.
When my husband went to check in we were told that we had to place a deposit of $175 because they have been having problems with parties. After my husband explained that the request was more than the cost of the room and WE were a married couple looking to relax, definately nit here to party. And I find if funny that after checkout I realized that they did in fact charge my card $250. After my husband called, he was told the housekeeper smeeled smoke, now I have to fight to get it back. I feel discriminated against, as I do not believe that every guest was asked for the same deposit.
