Room was dusty, we found a skittle on the floor, not from us. There was little hairs on the bathroom floor. Overall the hotel was over-rated.

Not only was the staff rather cold at check-in, they did not have the room I ordered. They failed to notify me of this, so I went up to the room (after getting stranded in the elevator with another guest because our keys were not working) only to find it was not the correct room type. I went back to the front desk, and they offered a rollout cot because no other rooms were available. They said that since I ordered from a third party, it was a "request for a room" and that I didn't actually book it, although I payed for it. I decided to cancel the room, and was informed that I would have to call Orbitz for the refund. The management at this hotel dodged the calls from Orbitz trying to get authorization for a refund for a week and a half, and were conveniently unavailable the majority of the time. Very disappointed in the integrity of this hotel's management, as well as the competence of the front desk staff.

This trip was unfortunately the worst experience I've had at this hotel. Was not anywhere close to my previous visits.

Everything seemed fine with this hotel at first. But at about 11 PM on my first night, the stench of marijuana filled my room. I hoped the hotel could intervene so I could finish preparing for the conference I was in town to attend. I called the front desk and was told they would send an engineer to figure out where the smell was coming from. 20 minutes later, no one had come. I called again at about 11:20 and they said they would send security. 20 minutes later, no one had come. I called again at 11:40 and asked to move to a new room. They had no more rooms of the type I had booked available but could move me to a room with smaller beds. I told them this is not what I'd paid for and asked how they could compensate. They told me they could cover my room service--important because I had ordered room service before the marijuana debacle that I couldn't enjoy. 20 minutes later, someone came to my room with a new key. When I checked out on Sunday, room service charges were on the bill. I reminded them about Friday, and they saw that there was a note that I had complained in their computer. But the person who told me that they would cover room service did not leave a note to that effect. They promised to call me to follow up. Almost two weeks later, *nothing.* To this day, this hotel has done nothing to respond, and the room service charges for a half-eaten pizza are still on my bill. I will never stay with them again. Try the Royal Sonesta instead - it's terrific!

We had a room on the 16th floor. Great view of Camdem Yards. Room was very clean. Had a small coffee maker and a mini fridge. Only complaint would be the pool area. The indoor pool was cold and had a green algae hue to it. There was no waterflow within the pool so, yhe water was stagnant. Hottub was clean. They also had a sauna however it was not on. Overall a great place to stay and I would atay here again.

Check in/check out quick & easy Room was clean & comfortable Great location Had issue with safe...called for service to staff twice, was promised to see someone in ten minutes...nobody ever came

It was a nice hotel that was easy to get to by cab from the airport

Overall it was good, but they snuck in charges I didnt know I would be responsible for and there pool was dirty.

The Hilton is very close to the Inner Harbor attractions and Conference Center, and directly next to Oriole Park. It's a large hotel; I believe about 18 floors, and the room was more spacious than I expected. The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic actually, I recommend it! Good gym and pool facilities. Easily the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Baltimore, and I've been there many times.

I enjoyed that the elevators were really close to the entrance so you could easily get in and up to your room. It was also nice to be so close to the Baltimore Convention Center, where I had a conference. It is only a couple of blocks down the street from the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. I thought the bed, hot water, etc., were all great. I also found it easy to walk down to the water so that you could get a water taxi to Fells Point, or just walk there in 20 minutes or so. There were options close by as well for eating, etc.

It was a great room for what I was there for. the view of the Orioles stadium was a great touch of elegance.

Very good experience, me and my husband had fun time and the service was awesome

Hotel was great. Stuff looked a bit old but great Would certainly recommend

The hotel was nice, beware you will have to pay for parking $30 and I didn't have a refrigerator. So just in case you think there is one. Other than that this is close to the harbor.

This hotel was a perfect choice for our Orioles weekend in baltimore. It's right next to Camden yards and just a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The hotel met all our needs for a luxurious stay. We are already planning on doing it again!

They had an African Convention all weekend while I was staying there. It was crowded with their kids running around all over the hotel including the pool with no supervision. The elveators were always packed with people. I had a lousy time at the hotel. BTW, this hotel is far away from the harbour. It was a long walk to the harbour. I will NOT stay there again. My weekend was ruined.

I was here for a conference and overall I was pleased with my stay. My first night, the room adjacent had very loud/drunken guests (up until 4 am!) so I requested a room change, which the front desk did promptly and offered their apologies for the inconvenience. Overall, it was great stay and I would definitely come back.

Modern hotel with great location overlooking Camden Yards. 3 blocks from Baltimore/Royal Farms Arena. Could use more amenities but overall solid choice.

My Hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was very competent and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was everything i exoected and so much more. The satff was all very friendly & the place was immaculately clean.
