Hampton Inn and Suites Inner Harbor

All staff very friendly and helpful- esp as 1st time visitors to Baltimore.

We chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced compared to others that are close to the Inner Harbor. It is only a couple blocks from the Inner Harbor restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and had a good variety of items, including eggs, waffles, sausage and fried potatoes. Parking was not included, but valet parking is available for a fee. Otherwise, you have to find a lot to park the car. There are a couple nearby, but we chose to valet so we could take the car out whenever we wanted. I enjoyed our stay and would go there again. The only problem I encountered was with the booking. I requested a roll-away bed, which Orbitz indicated was available for the room I selected. When we arrived, we were told that the room we selected was not large enough to accommodate a roll-away. In the future, I will verify the accommodations directly with the hotel.

Stayed at Hampton inn Baltimore Inner Harbor for my 28 wedding anniversary.Excellent location.very short walk to everything.Very helpful staff.Every inch of this hotel is spotless.Well equip rooms.Great breakfast. Can not think of one negetive. Can not wait to go back!!!

We spend a great time for new year eve!! Walking distance to inner harbor, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was great. Excellent staff and customer service.

not in the busiest or closest to the convention center where I had the conference, but it also meant a more budget friendly price. walking distance to inner harbor for quick dinner and tourist fun.

Really enjoyed the breakfast room with high ceilings. Valet parking good and workers friendly.

I stayed only for one night but I loved it and would definitely recommend it for anybody visiting Baltimore The only down side is the expensive parking !!

Very nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, including valets. I got a room for 6 with 2 queens and a sofabed, and my friends were impressed that it was "fancy". Sofabed could have been more confortable, but overall would stay again.

It was convenient to my business as well as a comfortable hotel to stay in

The hotel was clean and everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. It was surprisingly quiet for being downtown in a city.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Pratt St and the Inner Harbor area. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is a plus and menu changes each day. We have stayed here during a couple of visits to the city and will return in the future.

I booked this hotel for a bachelorette party and was not given the room I had selected. Was told at check-in that rooms are first come first serve and you don't necessarily get the type of room you booked. Ended up having to get a roll away bed because there weren't enough beds for us to sleep in. The valet and staff were friendly and this was in a good location. Overall te stay was okay besides not getting what I thought I booked. Wish I would have been told this policy to begin with.

It was a surprise to see nice breakfast. Besides that, the hotel is as good as others. Rooms are a bit smaller in size.

About a 10 minute walk from a conference being held at "another hotel" (twice as expensive); about the same to walk to the Inner Harbor mall/restaurants (a steak place close by on Water St, tucked between two bars--a bit pricey but nice, particularly if you like Sinatra. You can also get a free shuttle to Little Italy). Breakfast was great; 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate even better, as temps were FRIGID. Only complaint: no wi-fi on my first night, no TV the next morning. All fixed by that evening. Would recommend/stay again.

Hampton inn is a very nice hotel , excellent location .

I had meetings at Baltimore Convention Center for a few days. The hotel to BCC is 5 minutes by walk. It is also 2 blocks from the inner harbor. Many choices for restaurants.

I was in Baltimore for work at the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus and the Hampton Inn location was perfect. Although it is not close per se, the commute on the Metro was quick and easy. The hotel also has plenty of restaurants and basic shopping like CVS in the immediate vicinity. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the free breakfast was great. The fitness room was basic but clean and functional, and they didn't charge me for a handful of printouts I did at the business center. Basically the hotel had everything I needed for a week of hard work, and was an excellent deal in a great location.

I used the Hampton as a central location when I was looking for apartments to live in. The staff was very friendly and even helped in my apartment search. The complementary breakfast was delicious and completely stocked. I would say that the only down side was that the room was on the smaller side but not too small to be uncomfortable. I will continue to suggest the Hampton Inn to anyone who travels to Baltimore.

I went to this hotel to have a birthday sleepover for my daughter turning 14. The front desk clerk Daniel and Jameel was friendly when I came in and they greeted me but when Daniel asked, "what brings me there?" I told him why and he saw 6 black girls and just profiled me by making me sign a piece of paper about having parties and a disturbing tone told me, " if they have to ask us more than 3 times to lower our voices we was going to have to leave" I reassured him that we were going to behave and we wont be disturbing to the other guests. Jameel didn't look to happy to see my girls and I he had a look on his face like we was going to get on his nerves. Other than that the breakfast was delicious and the fitness center was nice and the bed and room was ok the toilet needs to be fixed and Wi-Fi didn't work. the staff was friendly.
