There’s was a hole in the wall… The room had an odor… The couch was old and had holes… The desk chair had a leather seat and 3/4 of the leather was ripped off… The shower had marks like someone was putting out cigarettes on it… The heat plastics vent was broken… Something said leave ur bags in the car… My room was all the way in the back and in the cut… It was a dark and shady walk to my room… The front desk had a bullet proof glass and everything… I sat on the edge of the bed contemplating my life…
This was the first time I ever had to be buzzed into a lobby of a hotel. When we got to our assigned rooms, the beds were not made and the light were on as if someone was coming back. The key card did not work in the other room. We did not stay at this property instead we went a 1/2 mile down the street to a Hilton Express which was like a palace compared to the Days Inn.
The ladies that have been behind the desk have always been so cool and calm to talk to everytime I come here. Im glad that this hotel is here!
The hotel smelled room was very dirty. Did not even stay there.

As we pulled up to the property we didn’t have have a good feeling about it. The property looked run down, and it looked unsafe. I walked in to the office to check in while the family waited in the car. The front desk lady was very nice. Got the keys and as we drove around the building to park we felt very unsafe to stay. Walked in the room to check it out and it was old, smelled awful. Walked back to the front desk and checked our. Didn’t even let the family out of the car to see the room condition. We went to another hotel even though it was much further than where our tournament was. I don’t recommend this place at all, didn’t feel safe by what we saw in the parking lot.
This was, by far, the worst motel we have ever stayed in - Orbitz, Wyndham, and Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves. We really wonder where the photos of the property were taken?? False, deceptive advertising. We wished we'd had other choices and/or didn't have to be in Towson. The room and bathroom were drabby and dirty - ashes on the floor (no-smoking room), crumbs on the floor also. Drapes falling down due to lack of hooks. 2 broken pieces of furniture in room. Tiles coming out on both ends of shower rod. No hangers, no iron. Almost impossible to close bathroom door. Toilet paper roll on ground outside room entire time we were there. Breakfast provided; but only consisted of o.j., coffee and a granola bar. The pool had been advertised - looked lovely in the photos; but (in actuality) looked like it had been closed for years. We received no housekeeping services and had to be here for 3 nights. Very, very disappointed in Orbitz who we have been using for years.
*The staff was very friendly and helpfull. But the property leaves a lot to be desired. Our room was missing the shower curtain and table lamp. The staff moved us to another room. Cracked tile, rusted fixtures, peeling textured paint everywhere, no blankets on the beds only sheets. It looks like no mataince has been done since it opened. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and i wont be back.
Rats and rat poop down the corridor I have never seen rats at a hotel before until this day tub was filthy so we didn’t shower smelled bad broken vent in bathroom had to put something against it to keep it closed there were holes in the wall by door which we covered we wanted to leave But I already had paid. I have stayed at many hotels and sadly this was the most disgusting places I have ever been.
The office was closed so I couldn't even check-in because police were onsite handling an issue.
It was dirty, and the bathroom vent was leaking, at 3AM ppl were outside screaming at each other, the fan wasnt working right. and the fridge was also leaking
Stairwell smells really bad, there’s trash everywhere. People standing outside creeping us out, not a good experience at all.
The people that worked there were nice! The building was old and the room was shabby at best. There was a crack in the fiberglass tub and water would get into the opening and go behind/under the tub. the tub was old and looked like it could no longer be really cleaned. There was old, caked on dirt and dust on the top of the baseboards and electric outlets. The rug was old and looked disgusting.
Didn't like ANYTHING about the property! It should be COMPLETELY refurbished or BULLDOZED. It should not be open and operating at this point! Dirty, worn, poorly-staffed, no real amenities, pimps and prostitutes frequent the place. TEAR IT DOWN!
